Payment Methods: choose the payout details managers can submit
Enable the payout methods your network supports so managers can enter the matching details in Account Settings.
This guide describes the available features. Your account role, assigned modules, signed contract and network plan determine which controls you can use. Reading a guide does not change your access.
Start here
- Open Payment Methods with the main customer account.
- Read each payment-method card and switch on the methods your network offers.
- Leave at least one method selected and choose Save Payment Methods.
- Have managers open Account Settings and enter their own details using an enabled option.
What this page controls
This is the network’s list of permitted payout methods. It controls which choices managers see when configuring payout details in Account Settings. It does not transfer funds, create a payout record or connect a payment processor.
Only the main customer account can save this list. A manager is redirected to their account settings because managers cannot change the parent account’s offered methods.
Choose and save methods
Each card contains a switch, method name and short description. Enable the methods your team is able to support, then save the whole selection. The enabled count at the top confirms how many options are stored.
Bank transfer supports both US and UK banking details on the manager’s form. The manager supplies the relevant account information on their own Account Settings page; the network owner does not enter each manager’s banking details here.
- Bank Transfer
- Lets managers submit US or UK bank details.
- PayPal
- Lets managers provide a PayPal email address.
- Venmo
- Lets managers provide a Venmo username.
After changing the available options
Ask managers to review their account information when you change the network’s offered methods. Saving this page controls the available form choices, while recording a monthly amount is a separate Payout History task.
If saving fails because no method was selected, enable at least one. If the session token is invalid, refresh the page and save again from the refreshed form.
Frequently asked questions
Does enabling a method pay anyone?
No. It changes the payout-detail options offered to managers. Actual payment and the recording of payout history are separate tasks.
Where do managers add their payout details?
In their own Account Settings, using the methods the network owner has enabled here.
Can I disable every payment method?
No. The form requires at least one offered payment method.
