Create and publish a network event

Prepare an online or in-person event, add a photo gallery and choose whether attendance requires registration.

Browse all guides

This guide describes the available features. Your account role, assigned modules, signed contract and network plan determine which controls you can use. Reading a guide does not change your access.

Start here

  1. Open Event Planner with module access and choose Create Event.
  2. Enter a clear Title and Full description explaining the event, audience and what attendees should prepare.
  3. Set Start date and time, End date and time, and Location or online link.
  4. Choose Open to everyone or Registration required. If registration is required, enter Available places.
  5. Optionally use Add photos to select and preview images, then choose Publish event.
  6. After Event published successfully, open Existing Events and check the Public page before sharing its address.

Create the event in the correct account

The owner and permitted managers can create events. A manager’s new event belongs to that manager. Managers may see events within their hierarchy, but can edit only events they personally own; the network owner can manage network events.

Publishing creates a public event page. Write the description and location for the people who will receive that page, because an online meeting link or venue address entered here appears as event information.

Complete the event details

Title, Full description, Start date and time, End date and time, and Location or online link are required. Full description supports rich formatting and safe links. Include the practical details a first-time attendee needs, such as what the session covers and when to arrive.

The end must be later than the start. Review dates carefully, especially for events that cross midnight. This form uses date-and-time fields without a separate timezone selector; include clear timezone wording in the description if attendees are in different regions.

Title
Required, up to 190 characters.
Full description
Required, up to 20,000 characters. Rich formatting and safe links are supported.
Start date and time / End date and time
Use valid dates and times, with the end after the start.
Location or online link
Required venue address, meeting URL or livestream URL, up to 500 characters.
Who can attend?
Open to everyone creates an open event. Registration required enables the public interest form and capacity tracking.
Available places
For registration events, enter a whole-number capacity from 1 to 100,000. Capacity counts requested places, not merely registration forms.

Add event photos

Add photos opens the photo picker with previews and upload progress. An event can contain at most 12 JPG, PNG, WEBP or GIF images. Each image must be no larger than 10 MB. Photos are optional.

Choose only intended public images and check previews before submitting. Images already on the event count toward the limit when editing later. An unsupported or oversized file, or a total above 12, prevents the upload and requires a corrected selection.

Publish and check the result

Publish event saves the event and sends you to Existing Events with a success message. Use Public page to inspect the title, schedule, description, location and image gallery. Share the generated public address instead of a private edit-page address.

A validation error identifies the detail to correct. If the session token is invalid, reload before submitting again. Publishing is not just saving a draft: it creates the event’s publicly accessible page. To stop a published event later, use Cancel in Existing Events; use Edit for changes.

Frequently asked questions

Can I create an event without registration?

Yes. Choose Open to everyone. The event page presents the information without a registration form.

Does Available places mean the number of forms?

No. A registration can request several spots. Pending and confirmed requested spots count toward capacity.

Can another manager edit my event?

The event edit controls require the owner account or the sub-user who created the event. A hierarchy member may be able to view the event without editing it.

Why are my photos rejected?

Use JPG, PNG, WEBP or GIF, no more than 10 MB per image, and no more than 12 images per event.

Can I save this as an unpublished draft?

The creation button is Publish event and the saved event is published. Prepare the information before submitting, then use Existing Events if cancellation is needed.

Still stuck? Note the page name, the step you tried and the exact message shown. Managers and sub-users should contact their network owner; owners should contact their platform administrator. Never include passwords, webhook URLs, recovery links or private identity documents in a general support message.
