Global Creator Blacklist: publish and review network reports

Publish a creator username and reason to the public blacklist, update your own entries and search the shared public directory.

This guide describes the available features. Your account role, assigned modules, signed contract and network plan determine which controls you can use. Reading a guide does not change your access.

Start here

  1. Open Global Creator Blacklist as the main network account and read the public-publishing description.
  2. Enter the exact Creator Username and a clear Reason for Blacklisting, checking both before saving.
  3. Choose Save Blacklist Entry and confirm the entry appears in Your Published Entries.
  4. Copy the Public Blacklist Page link and open it to check the public username, reason and submitting network.

Understand the public scope

This module publishes reports to a shared public page that other networks can search before onboarding creators. It is not a private note and does not automatically remove or block a creator from TikTok or from your own roster.

Only main customer accounts can publish or delete their entries. Sub-users cannot publish blacklist entries. The public directory identifies each report’s creator username, reported reason and submitting network; a report is the submitting network’s statement.

Create or update your network’s report

Enter the creator’s username in the field next to the @ symbol. Write the reason using accurate, specific information suitable for a public page. Both username and reason are required, and the reason field accepts up to 5,000 characters.

Saving the same creator again for your account updates that account’s existing reason instead of creating a second entry. If you need to correct the wording, submit the username with the complete replacement reason.

Check and remove published entries

Your Published Entries lists your account’s entries with username, reason and updated time. Use Delete on the intended row and confirm to remove your network’s report. You cannot use this module to delete a different network’s report.

The public link is a shared directory, not a private network-specific list. Search its table by creator or network and inspect the submitting network on each matching row. If the link-copy action is unavailable, select the displayed URL and copy it manually.

Frequently asked questions

Is the reason private?

No. The username, reason and submitting network are shown on the public blacklist page.

What happens if I add the same creator twice?

Your account’s existing reason is replaced with the most recently saved reason.

Does this block the creator on TikTok?

No. It publishes a report in this site’s directory. It is not a TikTok blocking or roster-removal action.

Still stuck? Note the page name, the step you tried and the exact message shown. Managers and sub-users should contact their network owner; owners should contact their platform administrator. Never include passwords, webhook URLs, recovery links or private identity documents in a general support message.
