Creators: directory and public showcase
Find creators, understand their imported monthly performance, and browse the public creator showcase.
This guide describes the available features. Your account role, assigned modules, signed contract and network plan determine which controls you can use. Reading a guide does not change your access.
Start here
- Open Creators to see the directory available to your account and manager hierarchy.
- Choose the Reporting month you want to review, then select Load.
- Review each creator’s Diamonds, Days and Hours for that month.
- Search by username, Creator ID, manager, agency, country or status. Select a column heading to change the sort order.
- Check Updated and the selected month before acting on a low or missing performance figure.
What the directory contains
The directory combines creators linked to your account with the selected month’s imported statistics. It is a viewing screen: there is no Add creator, Edit creator or upload form here. Use the relevant import or management workflow to change the underlying records.
The main account sees its network. A sub-user sees creators allowed by its manager hierarchy. A manager’s count can therefore be smaller than the network owner’s count without any data being lost.
A creator absent from successful full Creator Data imports for more than 48 healthy hours is marked as having left and hidden from this directory, including when an older reporting month is selected. Download, import or login failures and missed daily runs pause the timer. Historical performance and the original record are retained; a fresh full import can restore a returning creator.
Choose the reporting month and inspect creator rows
The creator table opens immediately without view tabs. Choose Reporting month and select Load to review that month’s imported performance. The creator count and rows stay within your permitted manager scope. Valid LIVE days and LIVE hours are imported performance measurements, not a count of visits to this website.
- Creators
- Number of creator records you are allowed to access in the directory.
- Diamonds
- Imported monthly diamond total. Check the reporting month before comparing creators.
- Days and Hours
- Valid go-LIVE days and LIVE duration for the reporting month. Hours are shown numerically.
- Agency and Manager
- The grouping and manager labels attached to the creator record.
- Status
- The recorded creator network status, useful when checking why someone no longer appears in active-only tools.
- Matches
- Imported monthly match count.
- Updated
- The record update date; it is not a guarantee that a new LIVE session has already been imported.
Search and sort the creator table
Type a specific username or Creator ID when several people have similar display names. Broader searches such as a manager name help you review a team. Select Diamonds, Days or Hours to compare activity; select Manager or Agency to group a review around responsibility. Clearing the search restores the other visible rows.
Battle Roster is a shortcut to the separate battle-planning module. It does not change a creator’s directory record.
Creator violations opens the searchable Backstage violation table. Select Violation history beside a creator to inspect their reported bans, appeals and recorded changes. These records are separate from the public creator showcase.
Public creator showcase for visitors
The public showcase lets a visitor browse creators across available networks or within a selected network. Use the search box to narrow the cards, choose a network when that filter is present, and sort by Diamonds, LIVE hours, LIVE days, or display name. Focus view opens an individual network’s showcase; Network hub opens that network’s public hub.
Each creator card provides TikTok and profile-card links. Use the showcase share control to share the browsing page. The public showcase is a viewing and discovery page, without the internal manager editing controls.
- Open the public showcase link supplied by the network, or browse the general showcase.
- Select Explore creators to jump to the directory.
- Search for the creator and, if needed, change network or sort order.
- Open TikTok to view the platform profile or the creator-card link for achievements and share tools.
When a creator or month looks empty
Clear the creator search first and verify Reporting month. Ask the account owner to check the monthly import and the creator’s manager assignment if you are a sub-user. A public showcase can also show No active creators yet or No creators match that search; use Clear filters when offered. Missing data and a filtered-out creator are different situations, so check the filters before requesting a new import.
Frequently asked questions
Can I add or edit a creator on this page?
No. This page displays the directory and month statistics. Use the account’s creator import or management workflow for changes.
Why do my figures differ from my manager’s or the owner’s?
Compare the reporting month and search filters first. Sub-user hierarchy restrictions also change which creators are included.
Does a zero diamond figure prove that the creator has not streamed?
No. Check whether the correct month’s performance data has been imported and how recently the record was updated.
Why is nobody visible in the public showcase?
Clear its search and network filters. A network with no eligible active public creator records shows an empty state.
Still stuck? Note the page name, the step you tried and the exact message shown. Managers and sub-users should contact their network owner; owners should contact their platform administrator. Never include passwords, webhook URLs, recovery links or private identity documents in a general support message.
