Creator Card: public profiles, targets and milestone badges
Open and share creator profile cards, review their growth targets, and award eligible badges from past imported months.
This guide describes the available features. Your account role, assigned modules, signed contract and network plan determine which controls you can use. Reading a guide does not change your access.
Start here
- Find the creator in Share Links using their username or manager name.
- Check Diamonds, Growth Target, Days and Hours for the current month.
- Select Open Card to review the public profile before sharing it.
- Use Copy Link to copy the exact card URL.
- If historical milestone badges are missing, use Assign Retro for one creator and review the result message.
Before sharing a card
The module lists current-month directory records available to your account and hierarchy. The owner can work across its visible network; sub-users work with creators in their permitted manager scope. Import creator records and relevant monthly history first if the table is empty.
A creator card is public. It presents the creator’s profile, performance and achievements through a URL built for that creator and network. Open the exact URL first so that you can check the name and statistics before sending it to someone.
Read the Share Links table
- Creator
- Display name and TikTok username used to identify the public card.
- Manager / Team
- Who the creator is associated with in your directory.
- Diamonds, Days and Hours
- Current-month imported performance.
- Growth Target
- The percentage-based target calculated from previous-month diamonds and the applicable network default or individual override.
- Badge Wall
- A count of milestone badges already awarded.
- Public Card
- Open Card opens the visitor view; Copy Link places that card URL on your clipboard.
Assign badges earned in previous months
Assign Retro checks past-month milestone data for one visible creator. Assign Retro Badges (All) checks all creators visible to you. These actions create eligible awards that have not yet been assigned; they do not require you to enter a badge score manually.
Read the confirmation carefully: it distinguishes newly assigned badges, already-awarded badges and no eligible past-month data. Running the action again does not produce duplicate awards. Importing history is necessary when there is no past-month performance to evaluate.
Use the public creator card as a visitor
A visitor can open a supplied card link directly. The general Creator Card page also provides Find a Creator Card: enter a TikTok username and choose Find Profile, or paste a direct card URL into Already have a direct link? and choose Open Link. Results offer Open Card and Copy Link.
On a card, review Diamond Milestones and Tournament Highlights. View Bracket opens a completed tournament highlight when available. Open in TikTok App goes to the creator’s platform profile. Share opens the device share option, Copy Link and individual social sharing shortcuts. A device that cannot use native sharing can still use Copy Link.
A card-not-found message is not an invitation to make a new record on the public page. Check the link or username and ask the network to confirm the creator record.
Growth targets and troubleshooting
Manage Growth Targets opens Creator Growth Projections, where authorised users can change percentages. The card page does not contain a target-editing field. A missing or zero previous-month baseline can produce a zero target even when the current month has activity.
If Copy Link is unavailable in the browser, open the card and copy its address. If a badge action reports that the creator is outside your scope, refresh your creator list and ask the owner to check manager assignments.
Frequently asked questions
Can anyone with a card link view it?
The card is a public profile intended for sharing. Preview it before distributing the URL.
Why did Assign Retro add no badges?
Either there is no eligible past-month milestone data or the eligible awards have already been assigned. The result message tells you which applies.
Can a sub-user assign badges for the whole network?
Assign Retro Badges (All) operates on the creators visible within that sub-user’s current hierarchy scope.
Where can I change the growth target?
Use Manage Growth Targets to open Creator Growth Projections. The card displays the resulting target.
Still stuck? Note the page name, the step you tried and the exact message shown. Managers and sub-users should contact their network owner; owners should contact their platform administrator. Never include passwords, webhook URLs, recovery links or private identity documents in a general support message.
