Contracts & Agreements: prepare and publish a manager agreement

Set up the network contract profile, write an agreement, choose who must sign, and manage versions without unexpectedly resetting signatures.

This guide describes the available features. Your account role, assigned modules, signed contract and network plan determine which controls you can use. Reading a guide does not change your access.

Start here

  1. Open Contracts & Agreements using the main network account. Managers sign their agreement through their own account; they cannot edit this page.
  2. Complete Creator Network Name, Authorized By, Address, Tel and Email, draw the Owner Digital Signature, then save the Creator Network Profile.
  3. Enter a clear Contract Title and review the entire plain-text Contract Body. Use Template Tags for names, contact details and dates that should be filled in automatically.
  4. Choose All managers, Selected managers only, or No managers. If selecting managers, tick at least one person from your own network.
  5. Save the contract and check Contract Signatures. Use Publish New Version when required managers must accept a new version.

Prepare the creator network profile

The profile identifies the network party on manager agreements. Every profile field and the owner signature must be completed and saved before the sample contract can be viewed or edited. An invalid email, empty field or invalid signature prevents saving.

Draw your signature in the signature area. Clear removes the current drawing so you can redraw it. A saved signature preview lets you confirm what will appear on agreements. Use your full name in Authorized By rather than a short display name.

Creator Network Name
The network name used in the agreement and NETWORK_NAME tag.
Authorized By
The full name of the person authorizing the agreement for the network.
Address, Tel and Email
Network contact details used in the profile and corresponding template tags.
Owner Digital Signature
A drawn signature stored with the network contract profile; required to unlock the editor.

Write and personalize the agreement

The body is plain text. Line breaks remain visible to the manager, so separate obligations into short numbered sections and use clear headings in the text. The title and body are both required. Review the supplied sample carefully for your own network before publishing.

Template Tags opens the supported placeholder reference. Copy tags exactly, including both pairs of braces. Manager fields are filled for the person viewing the agreement, so one template can serve several agency and team managers. Saving a template does not send a separate message to those managers.

Choose who must sign

All managers applies the signing requirement across your manager accounts. Selected managers only limits it to the checked managers. No managers leaves the agreement without a forced-signing requirement. You can save the signing requirements without publishing another version.

The selector only accepts managers belonging to this network. If no managers are listed, create them in Managers first. Required managers who have not completed the active agreement are directed to signing before they can use the dashboard.

Understand save, reset, version and removal actions

Save Contract changes the existing agreement and preserves existing signatures. Use this distinction deliberately: an ordinary save does not ask people who already signed to agree again.

Reset to Template replaces the active body with the base template and supported manager tags. Read and save the resulting content before relying on it. Publish New Version creates the next version, makes it active and requires the selected required managers to sign again.

Deactivate removes the active signing requirement, allowing managers into the dashboard without signing. Delete Contract is a removal operation with a confirmation prompt; it unlocks manager accounts and is different from publishing a replacement. Review which action you need before confirming.

Check the published result

Version History lists versions with creation and update dates. Contract Signatures shows the title and version of the active agreement, who has signed, who is pending and who is not required. Use the active version number to avoid comparing current requirements with an older agreement.

After publication, ask a required manager to open their own account and read the agreement. A successful setup has a complete network profile, an active version, the intended manager assignments and a corresponding signing-status list.

Frequently asked questions

Why is the contract editor locked?

Save every creator network profile field, a valid email and the owner digital signature first. The page intentionally prevents editing the sample until that profile is complete.

Will Save Contract make everyone sign again?

No. Saving the existing agreement preserves signatures. Publish New Version is the action that creates a new acceptance requirement for required managers.

Why does Selected managers only fail?

At least one selected manager must belong to this network. Add the manager account first if it is not listed.

How can I stop requiring an agreement?

Choose No managers to remove forced assignment for this contract, or deactivate the agreement when there should be no active signing requirement. Check Contract Signatures afterward.

Still stuck? Note the page name, the step you tried and the exact message shown. Managers and sub-users should contact their network owner; owners should contact their platform administrator. Never include passwords, webhook URLs, recovery links or private identity documents in a general support message.
