Contract template tags: personalize agreements correctly
Understand each supported placeholder and where its value comes from before adding it to an agreement.
This guide describes the available features. Your account role, assigned modules, signed contract and network plan determine which controls you can use. Reading a guide does not change your access.
Start here
- Open Template Tags from the contract workspace using the main network account.
- Find the manager, network or date value you want to insert.
- Copy the complete tag, including its capital letters and double braces, into Contract Body on Edit Contract.
- Confirm the source profile details are complete, save the agreement, and review the resulting manager-facing document.
Manager tags
These tags refer to the manager viewing or signing the agreement, not the network owner. They allow the same agreement template to name each recipient correctly.
- {{SUB_USER_NAME}}
- The full name of the manager signing.
- {{SUB_USER_EMAIL}}
- The manager’s email address.
- {{SUB_USER_TYPE}}
- The manager role, such as Agency or Team Manager.
Network tags
These values come from the Creator Network Profile saved on the contract editing page. Correct the profile if an agreement shows an outdated network name or contact detail.

- Your saved creator network name.
- {{NETWORK_EMAIL}}
- Your saved network contact email.
- {{NETWORK_PHONE}}
- Your saved network phone number.
- {{NETWORK_ADDRESS}}
- Your saved network address.
Date tags and a practical example
TODAY_DATE represents the current date when the agreement is viewed. SIGN_DATE represents the date that the manager completed signing. These have different meanings: a reading date should not be presented as the completed-signature date.
For example, write: This agreement is between {{NETWORK_NAME}} and {{SUB_USER_NAME}} ({{SUB_USER_EMAIL}}). Keep any punctuation or explanation outside the braces. The reference page lists supported tags; it does not provide an editor or save button.

- The current display date, formatted as a written date.
- {{SIGN_DATE}}
- The completed signing date for the manager.
Frequently asked questions
Do I replace the tags with real names myself?
No. Leave the supported tags in the template so they can be resolved for each manager.
Why is the network address wrong?
Review and save the Address in Creator Network Profile. The network tag reads that profile value.
Can a manager edit these tags?
No. Template Tags and contract settings are restricted to the main customer account.
