Contract Signatures: track acceptance and download documents
Check the active agreement’s signing status, distinguish pending from not required, and retrieve signed documents.
This guide describes the available features. Your account role, assigned modules, signed contract and network plan determine which controls you can use. Reading a guide does not change your access.
Start here
- Open Contract Signatures as the main network account.
- Check the agreement title and version displayed above Signing Status.
- Review the Signed, Pending and Not Required counts, then locate the manager by name, email and type.
- Use Download on a signed row to retrieve its contract document. Change the assignment or publish a new agreement on Edit Contract if needed.
Read the active-agreement status
This page reports signing status for the active agreement. The title and version identify which agreement you are reviewing. Signed means the required acceptance has been recorded; Pending means a required manager has not signed; Not Required means the current assignment does not require that person to sign.
A manager who is not required may still have a downloadable earlier recorded signature associated with the displayed contract. Use the version and document together when reviewing evidence rather than assuming every row represents a newly signed agreement.
Use the manager table
Name, Email and Type identify the manager account. Status tells you whether action is required. Signed At provides the recorded signing timestamp. The Document column offers Download only when a signature record exists.
The download opens the protected contract-document route for the selected manager and contract. The absence of a Download button usually means there is no matching signed record. This page is a status and retrieval view; it does not let the owner sign on a manager’s behalf or send a reminder.
Resolve empty or unexpected results
No active contract means you need to create or activate an agreement on Edit Contract. No managers found means there are no manager accounts to list; add them in Managers.
If someone is Pending after a change, check whether you published a new version. That intentionally requires another signature. If a person should not be required, change the assignment on Edit Contract and check this page again. Managers themselves cannot open this owner-only signatures overview.
Frequently asked questions
Why is a manager Not Required?
The active contract’s assignment excludes them, or the contract is configured not to force manager signing. Check Who Must Sign This Contract? on Edit Contract.
Why are previously signed managers pending?
Publishing a new version can require managers to sign again. Check the active version before comparing with downloaded older documents.
Can I download an unsigned document here?
The table’s Download action is shown when a signature record exists. Pending rows do not have a signed document to retrieve.
Still stuck? Note the page name, the step you tried and the exact message shown. Managers and sub-users should contact their network owner; owners should contact their platform administrator. Never include passwords, webhook URLs, recovery links or private identity documents in a general support message.
