LIVE Coach: manager setup and the creator portal
Build a weekly coaching plan, log delivery, share feedback and give the creator access to their personal LIVE Coach portal.
This guide describes the available features. Your account role, assigned modules, signed contract and network plan determine which controls you can use. Reading a guide does not change your access.
Start here
- Find the creator on Creator coaching board using search and the status filter.
- Choose Set up, then Enrol creator when no coaching profile exists.
- In Goals & coaching profile, agree realistic weekly days, hours, monthly target, timezone and current focus, then Save goals.
- Add the agreed Recurring LIVE schedule slots.
- Copy the Reusable creator portal link from Personal creator portal and give it privately to the creator.
- Use Sessions, Wellbeing and Coaching to review progress, then add a clear next action or comeback plan when needed.
Start with the coaching board
The coaching board lists creators visible within your network or manager hierarchy. Search by creator or manager and filter All creators, Active coaching, Needs support, Behind plan or Not enrolled. The board combines weekly plan, logged progress, wellbeing and imported-month information. These represent different sources, so a logged session and an imported monthly total need not update at exactly the same time.
Set up opens an unenrolled creator; Enrol creator starts their profile. Open coach opens an existing workspace. Review registrations leads to the separate application queue. Manager overview summarises weekly activity across the hierarchy you are allowed to see.
Set Goals & coaching profile
Use the Goals navigation link to jump to the form. Save goals stores the profile for the selected creator. The creator can see the agreed commitments through their portal, and can also update their personal goals there.
- Coaching status
- Active, Paused, Needs support or Graduated. This is the coaching programme state, separate from the creator’s network membership.
- LIVE days/week
- A weekly target from 1 to 7 days.
- LIVE hours/week
- A target from 0.5 to 100 hours in half-hour increments. Enter hours here, not minutes.
- Monthly diamond target
- A non-negative monthly planning target for this coaching profile.
- Timezone
- Use a recognised timezone such as Europe/London so recurring times have a clear local meaning.
- Current focus
- One specific skill or habit to practise, such as the opening conversation.
- Personal motivation
- Why the goal matters to this creator, useful context for later reviews.
Build and maintain a recurring schedule
Use Schedule to add a Day, Start time, Minutes and optional Theme, then Add LIVE slot. Minutes describes the length of one planned session; it is not the weekly-hours field. The schedule is displayed in the creator’s preferred timezone.
Each saved slot has Remove. To change a recurring slot, remove the old slot and add the corrected one. A schedule records commitments; it does not start a TikTok LIVE or automatically prove a session happened. The creator can also add and remove their own weekly slots in the portal.
Record sessions and interpret progress
Sessions accepts Date, Status, Minutes, Diamonds and Theme / note. Status can be Completed, Missed, Cancelled or Planned in the manager workspace. Choose the actual outcome; a missed or planned session should not be recorded as completed merely to match the schedule. Select Record and check the confirmation.
The creator portal adds richer reflections: session goal, best moment, challenge and next experiment. Review these alongside attendance and output to identify one practical next action. Logged sessions are coaching records; imported monthly performance remains a separate data source.
Use wellbeing and coaching notes
Wellbeing signals shows the creator’s private check-ins to their coaching team. These are self-reported planning signals rather than a diagnosis. Read the creator’s context and any blocker before deciding how to support their plan.
For Coaching notes choose Encouragement, Action, Concern or General, write specific feedback and select Add note. Visible in creator portal is checked by default. Leave it checked for feedback intended for the creator; clear it for internal team context. Check that choice before saving because it determines which notes the creator can read.
Activate a comeback plan
Comeback provides Start, End, Target sessions, Reason and Simple comeback steps. The default date range is approximately 14 days and target sessions can be from 1 to 14. Record a manageable plan and choose Activate new plan.
The active plan is visible in the creator portal. The creator can also start a comeback plan there. Use the dates, session goal and written steps to make the expected follow-up clear; activating a plan does not itself record the planned sessions as completed.
Share and replace personal portal access
Personal creator portal shows a reusable link with Copy link and Open portal. Anyone with that exact link can open the creator’s full portal on a device, so send it to the intended creator through an appropriate private channel. It is different from the public Creator Card used for promotion.
Replace shared link creates a replacement and makes the previous shared link stop working. Give the new link to the creator after replacing it. Most recent portal visit indicates whether and when the portal has been opened. An unavailable or missing-access screen requires the current private link from the coach.
Creator tutorial: a normal day in My LIVE Coach
Open the private link and use Today, Check-in, Log LIVE, Schedule, Progress, Coaching and Goals to move between sections. The Five-minute launchpad is a preparation checklist for connection, audio, lighting, theme, prompts and personal readiness.
- Before going LIVE, complete or update today’s Check-in: Energy, Mood, Confidence, Sleep and Stress each use a 1–5 slider. Add your intention and any blocker, then Save check-in.
- Review today’s suggested action and Weekly LIVE schedule. Use Add weekly slot if an agreed recurring time is missing.
- After a session, open Log LIVE. Enter Date, Result, Minutes LIVE, Diamonds, Theme and Session goal. Choose Completed, Missed or Rest/cancelled accurately.
- Write Best moment, Challenge and Next experiment, then Save session.
- Read Coaching & encouragement for feedback your manager has chosen to share.
- In Personal goals, review weekly days/hours, monthly diamonds, current focus and motivation. Save with Update my goals after agreeing a change.
- If restarting after a break, use the active comeback plan or create a simple plan with dates, sessions and small steps.
- Review session history to spot progress. Use Leave portal when finishing on a shared device.
When something is missing
An empty board may reflect filters, missing creator records or your manager scope. Clear filters first. Enrolment is required before the full workspace appears. An outside-scope message means the owner needs to review assignment/access.
An empty schedule, session list, check-in area or notes panel means those records have not yet been added. Saving a plan does not manufacture session history. Refresh after a session-token error, and verify that you are using the current portal link if access fails.
Frequently asked questions
Does the schedule start my TikTok LIVE automatically?
No. It records recurring commitments. The creator starts the LIVE through TikTok and records the session outcome separately.
Can a creator read every coaching note?
Only notes saved with Visible in creator portal selected are shown to the creator. That option is checked by default.
Is the personal portal link safe to post publicly?
It grants access to the full creator portal. Give it privately to the intended creator; use Creator Card for a public promotional profile.
Why do coaching hours differ from the monthly imported hours?
Coaching progress uses logged sessions, while imported-month figures come from reporting imports. They have different update paths and may cover different periods.
Can the creator change goals and schedule?
Yes. The portal provides personal-goal editing and weekly-slot controls, as well as session logging and comeback plans.
What should I do if a portal link was shared with the wrong person?
Use Replace shared link in the creator’s coaching workspace, then privately provide the replacement to the creator. The previous link stops working.
Still stuck? Note the page name, the step you tried and the exact message shown. Managers and sub-users should contact their network owner; owners should contact their platform administrator. Never include passwords, webhook URLs, recovery links or private identity documents in a general support message.
