LIVE Coach Registrations: applications and programme approval

Open a public application form for active network creators, review their plans and start a coaching programme for selected applicants.

Browse all guides

This guide describes the available features. Your account role, assigned modules, signed contract and network plan determine which controls you can use. Reading a guide does not change your access.

Start here

  1. Open Registrations & selection from LIVE Coach’s Review registrations button.
  2. Check whether applications are open, then use Preview on Your shareable registration link.
  3. Copy the link and give it to the network creators you want to invite to apply.
  4. Open Awaiting review, expand an application and read goals, experience, routine and availability.
  5. Add an optional internal Review note, then choose Approve & start programme or Decline.
  6. For an approved applicant, choose Open coaching programme and review the populated goals before sharing their personal portal link.

The shared network application queue

This screen uses the LIVE Coach module permission. The current implementation provides permitted owners and sub-users with the network registration queue and shared link controls. It is not limited to only applications personally referred by a manager. Coordinate decisions with the coaching team.

Applicants use a public registration link, while approved creators use a separate personal portal link. The application URL is not a shortcut into someone’s private coaching workspace.

Open, pause and replace the application link

Your shareable registration link has Copy link and Preview. Opening applications makes the form available; pausing applications shows a paused state to applicants. Pausing intake does not remove applications already in the history.

Rotate link replaces the public registration link, and the old URL stops working. Update any places where your team distributed the old link. The public registration form also requires the network’s paid access; an unavailable public link can reflect an invalid/replaced link or account access.

Applicant tutorial: identify your account and explain your aims

Open the link from the network and search/select your existing active TikTok username. The form uses that network’s active creator list; it is not a free-text sign-up form for an unrelated account. If your account is absent, ask the network to verify your active creator record.

Enter Email address, optional Phone number, Your timezone and LIVE experience. Describe what you want from the programme in at least 20 characters, then what you expect to achieve by going LIVE in at least 10 characters. Both answer fields accept up to 5,000 characters. Challenges and usual availability are optional but help the team plan support.

  1. Select your own TikTok account from the active creator list.
  2. Enter a valid contact email, timezone and experience level.
  3. Explain your programme goals, expected progress and any current challenges.
  4. Enter current LIVE days, planned days per week, planned weekly hours and target monthly diamonds.
  5. Read and confirm the commitment and data-use consent checkboxes.
  6. Select Send my application and wait for You’re in the review queue.

Applicant plan fields and validation

  1. If a validation message appears, correct the specifically named field and submit again.
  2. If the form says an application is already waiting for review, contact the coaching team instead of submitting duplicates.
  3. If applications are paused, wait for the network to reopen intake.
  4. If the link is unavailable, request the current link from the network.
Current LIVE days
A number from 0 to 7 describing the current weekly routine.
Planned LIVE days
A commitment from 1 to 7 days per week.
Planned LIVE hours
From 0.5 to 100 hours per week, in half-hour increments. This is a weekly total.
Target monthly diamonds
A non-negative monthly target. The application displays current diamond context from the selected creator record rather than asking you to recreate all performance history.
Usual availability
Optional time windows that help a coach decide on recurring schedule slots.

Review and make a decision

Use the status tabs for Awaiting review, Programme active, Not selected and the complete queue where offered. Search recognises name, username and email. Expand a row to inspect experience, current routine and diamonds, timezone, contact, goals, expectations, challenges and availability.

Review note is optional, internal and limited to 3,000 characters. Approve & start programme activates the coaching profile using the applicant’s planned days, hours, diamond target, timezone, goals and expectations. The application becomes Programme active and offers Open coaching programme. Approval can also resolve or reactivate the relevant creator record and is subject to applicable account capacity.

Decline keeps the application in history as Not selected. A reviewed application cannot be reviewed a second time through this workflow. Saving a decision here does not promise that an email or personal portal link has been sent; follow up with the applicant and provide their actual portal access through LIVE Coach.

After approval

Open the coaching programme and confirm the imported application goals make sense for the creator. Add recurring LIVE slots and an appropriate first coaching note, then privately share the personal portal link. The public registration URL should not be reused as their personal access link.

An empty queue may mean the selected status has no records. Clear search or switch status before assuming an application is missing. If a decision reports Already reviewed, refresh and inspect the recorded outcome.

Frequently asked questions

Can someone apply without being on the active creator list?

The public form requires selection from the network’s active creator list. The network should check the creator record if the applicant is missing.

What happens when I approve?

The application is marked approved and an active coaching profile is populated from the submitted plan. Open coaching programme lets you continue setup.

Does declining delete the application?

No. It stays in application history as Not selected.

Why can the old link no longer be opened?

Rotate link invalidates the old URL. The public form also requires valid network paid access.

Can an applicant send the same application repeatedly?

A second application for the same account is blocked while one is awaiting review.

Does an approved creator automatically receive their private portal link?

Do not assume so. Open their coaching programme and share the personal portal link through your normal private communication process.

Still stuck? Note the page name, the step you tried and the exact message shown. Managers and sub-users should contact their network owner; owners should contact their platform administrator. Never include passwords, webhook URLs, recovery links or private identity documents in a general support message.
