Creator Removal Requests: permanent submission and owner decision

Submit a documented removal recommendation as a manager and review the permanent evidence record as the network owner.

This guide describes the available features. Your account role, assigned modules, signed contract and network plan determine which controls you can use. Reading a guide does not change your access.

Start here

  1. As a sub-user, select an active creator assigned within your manager scope.
  2. Write a factual Detailed reason for immediate removal of at least 200 characters.
  3. Add any supporting evidence and review every selected file.
  4. Select Submit permanent request, follow upload progress and wait for final submission confirmation.
  5. As owner, open the pending request, read its full reason and evidence, then record Approve removal or Reject request with appropriate notes.

Understand the permanent workflow

Sub-users submit recommendations for active creators within their manager scope. The main account reviews submitted requests and makes the final decision. The owner’s screen is a review queue, while the sub-user screen includes the submission form and that sub-user’s own audit trail.

The page states that requests and evidence cannot be edited or deleted after submission. Read the creator identity, reason and attachments before finalising. Approval records an approved recommendation and preserves the request; the code on this screen does not itself perform a TikTok network removal or delete the creator profile.

Prepare the submission

  1. Choose the creator and check the displayed username.
  2. Write and proofread the full factual reason.
  3. Select evidence files and review the list; Clear files removes the current selection before submission.
  4. Submit the permanent request and remain on the page while uploads complete.
  5. Read the success confirmation and locate the request in Submitted requests.
Creator
Search by @username, creator name or assigned manager. Only active creators in the allowed manager scope can be selected.
Detailed reason for immediate removal
Between 200 and 20,000 characters. Describe specific incidents, dates, prior interventions and the reason an immediate decision is requested. The text becomes a permanent record.
Supporting evidence
Optional. Up to 20 files, with a maximum of 200 MB per file. The chooser accepts supported documents, archives, images, audio and video.

Handle evidence upload problems

Each file has upload progress. If a file fails, follow the upload interface’s retry guidance rather than assuming the whole request is complete. The interface may offer Submit with uploaded evidence so you can finalise only the files already uploaded; review the resulting evidence set before using that option.

Avoid creating a second request merely because an upload is still working. Check the final confirmation and Submitted requests first. A request that has been submitted becomes part of the permanent audit trail.

Review as the owner

Use All, Pending, Approved and Rejected to focus the queue. Open a request’s details and inspect the complete reason, submitter information and evidence. View opens supported evidence; Download saves the underlying file for review.

Review notes are optional for approval and required for rejection. A rejection explanation must contain at least 10 characters; review notes may not exceed 5,000. Select Reject request or Approve removal only after checking the intended request. Once a final decision is saved, the screen does not allow a second final decision.

The owner’s confirmation reports approval or rejection and confirms that the permanent record was retained. Carry out any separate network-management action through the appropriate authorised process.

Empty states and access errors

No active creators assigned means the owner needs to check creator assignment and network status. A creator outside your hierarchy cannot be selected merely by using a different URL.

If the owner sees that a request changed before the decision was saved, refresh and review its new state: someone may have already made a decision. If an upload or session error appears, follow the stated retry instructions and check the existing queue before starting over.

Frequently asked questions

Can I edit my reason after submitting?

No. Submitted requests and their evidence are permanent and cannot be edited or deleted through this workflow.

Does approving the request remove the creator from TikTok?

No. This page records the decision on the request. It does not automatically execute a TikTok network removal.

Why is the creator picker empty?

The sub-user must have an active creator assigned within its manager hierarchy. Ask the owner to check the assignment.

Why will Reject request not save?

A rejection needs review notes of at least 10 characters, and notes must stay within 5,000 characters.

Can I attach files later?

The submitted evidence is permanent. Include the intended files and verify uploads before final submission.

Still stuck? Note the page name, the step you tried and the exact message shown. Managers and sub-users should contact their network owner; owners should contact their platform administrator. Never include passwords, webhook URLs, recovery links or private identity documents in a general support message.
