Daily Diamonds: snapshots and remaining-month forecast

Understand how imports create daily network figures and how to review their forecast and source history.

This guide describes the available features. Your account role, assigned modules, signed contract and network plan determine which controls you can use. Reading a guide does not change your access.

Start here

  1. Choose Reporting month and select View Month.
  2. Read the network snapshot totals before examining the forecast.
  3. Open Snapshot History and check Date, Import File, Rows and Updated.
  4. Read Daily Forecast for future dates in that month.
  5. Use Monthly Leaderboard when the underlying data needs a new import.

What daily diamonds means here

Daily Diamonds is hidden from workspace menus, workspace search and the tool gallery. The page remains available through its direct URL to accounts with the required module access.

Daily values are calculated from the change in month-to-date network diamonds between import snapshots. They are not a direct feed of every gift or a manual daily-entry ledger. Consistent imports make the history easier to interpret.

If several days pass between imports, the next observed increase covers the gap between those snapshots. An import correction can also change totals. Check the source file and dates before treating a snapshot difference as a perfectly isolated day’s performance.

Navigate the reporting month

View Month loads the selected month. Previous Month and Next Month move between reporting periods; Monthly Leaderboard opens the related import/report screen. This page has no upload form.

The values describe the network. There is no creator or manager filter here. Use the related creator reports if you need to investigate one person’s contribution.

Read Snapshot History

Import File and Rows
The source filename and processed row count help you identify which import produced the snapshot.

When the saved snapshot record was last updated.

Use Daily Forecast carefully

Daily Forecast lists projected daily diamonds and projected month-to-date diamonds for remaining dates. These figures depend on the imported history and cached forecast data. They are planning estimates rather than confirmed future earnings.

No remaining days to forecast is expected for a completed month. Upload daily data before forecasting means the page has not yet received the required snapshots. A forecast-caching-not-installed message means a database capability is unavailable; it is not corrected by choosing a different browser.

When history is missing

No daily snapshots for a month means no relevant imports have captured that month’s history yet. Confirm the selected month and use Monthly Leaderboard to check the import. If Daily diamond tracking has not been installed appears, pass that exact message to the service administrator.

A new import updates reporting evidence; refreshing this page alone does not retrieve new Backstage performance.

Frequently asked questions

Can I type a daily diamond total here?

No. The daily figures are derived from imported network snapshots.

Why does one day contain an unusually large increase?

Check when the previous snapshot was taken. The difference can cover several days between imports or reflect corrected data.

Why is there no forecast for an old month?

A completed month has no remaining days to forecast.

Is this my team’s daily total?

This page displays the network-level snapshot and forecast, without a manager filter.

Still stuck? Note the page name, the step you tried and the exact message shown. Managers and sub-users should contact their network owner; owners should contact their platform administrator. Never include passwords, webhook URLs, recovery links or private identity documents in a general support message.
