Diamond Forecast vs Actual Race: pace, gaps and missions
Compare imported diamond totals with a projected pace and identify creators who may need a realistic catch-up plan.
This guide describes the available features. Your account role, assigned modules, signed contract and network plan determine which controls you can use. Reading a guide does not change your access.
Start here
- Choose Reporting month and select View Month.
- Compare Network Pace Delta with Actual MTD and Forecast MTD.
- Read the Creator Raceboard for the creators visible in your scope.
- For a Behind creator, compare Catch-up / Day, Risk and Momentum before discussing the suggested Daily Mission.
- Check the monthly import when figures appear stale or unavailable.
Inputs and access
This screen needs monthly creator data and daily network snapshot/forecast data. It uses imported totals, so it does not update simply because someone has just streamed. The signed-in account must have the module and required account access.
The owner sees its available creators; sub-users see creators within their manager hierarchy. The network pace indicators still refer to the network trend used by the calculation. This can differ from the subset of creator rows visible to an individual manager.
Read the race measurements
MTD means month to date. Actual MTD is the imported total. Forecast MTD is the expected position along the projected monthly pace. Delta is actual minus forecast: positive means ahead of the projection and negative means behind.
- Status
- Ahead when Delta is at least 1,000; Behind when it is -1,000 or lower; On Pace between those thresholds.
- Catch-up / Day
- The daily amount needed over remaining days to reach the projected end-of-month total. It is a planning calculation, not a mandated commitment.
- Momentum
- A comparison of average daily performance with the required daily pace.
- Risk
- On Track, Watchlist, At Risk or Outperforming based on the page’s pace rules.
- Daily Mission
- A generated suggestion associated with pace status. Discuss it in the creator’s context before using it as a plan.
Interpret network progress and checkpoints
Race Board shows streak and comeback-style progress from the saved network history. Heat Meter compares average daily performance with the required pace and labels the result Cold, Warm, Hot or On Fire. Checkpoint Boss Levels gives progress against displayed milestones. These are presentation aids for reviewing performance, not separate measurements of confirmed earnings.
Creator forecasts are derived from the network trend and creator share, so they are not the same as the individually edited growth targets in Creator Growth Projections. For a current month, remaining days affect catch-up values; a completed reporting month has no remaining daily catch-up period.
Alerts and suggested follow-up
Race Alerts lists saved overtake/comeback events when the supporting event history is available. An empty event list means no matching events have been recorded for that month; it does not mean nobody changed rank.
Use a Behind or At Risk result to start a practical review: confirm fresh data, inspect the size of the gap, and use LIVE Coach for an agreed schedule or comeback plan. This screen has no form to edit a forecast, schedule a LIVE or mark a mission complete.
Resolve missing race data
No network snapshot found means a monthly leaderboard import is needed for the selected month. No creators found means the month/scope has no visible creator rows. Missing forecast data tables or event history requires a service setup check. Use the exact on-screen message when reporting the issue.
Frequently asked questions
Is Forecast MTD a manually set creator target?
No. It follows a projected monthly pace based on network trend share. Individual growth targets are managed in Creator Growth Projections.
What does a negative Delta mean?
The imported actual diamonds are below the expected pace for that point in the month.
Does an At Risk label prove the creator will miss the month?
No. It is a rule-based indicator comparing the current gap and required daily pace with recorded performance.
Where do I record the creator’s agreed plan?
Use LIVE Coach for goals, schedules, notes and comeback plans. The raceboard itself is a report.
Still stuck? Note the page name, the step you tried and the exact message shown. Managers and sub-users should contact their network owner; owners should contact their platform administrator. Never include passwords, webhook URLs, recovery links or private identity documents in a general support message.
