Elite / Premium Invite Requests: submit and track a request

Record a TikTok LIVE Backstage invite request, follow its status and maintain the request history available to your account.

This guide describes the available features. Your account role, assigned modules, signed contract and network plan determine which controls you can use. Reading a guide does not change your access.

Start here

  1. Enter TikTok username using the handle rather than a profile URL.
  2. Explain the case for consideration in Why should this invite be approved?
  3. Select Submit Request and check that the request appears as pending in Your Request History.
  4. When authorised to record an outcome, use Approve or Decline on the correct request.
  5. If declining, enter the Reason for Decline in the modal and select Decline Request.

What this page records

This module stores requests and their review status inside Creator Network Tools. Submitting or approving a record here does not itself send a TikTok Backstage invitation. Complete any platform action through the relevant Backstage workflow, then keep the request status consistent with the decision.

The owner can see and manage requests across its account. A sub-user sees and can manage its own submitted requests. The current page offers Approve, Decline and Remove for requests within that user’s permitted set; it is not an owner-only review queue.

Submit a useful request

  1. Confirm the intended TikTok handle.
  2. Write the reason in the request field.
  3. Select Submit Request once.
  4. Read the success message and find the pending row in Your Request History.
TikTok username
Enter at least two permitted characters: letters, numbers, underscores or periods. A leading @ is accepted and normalised. Do not paste the entire profile URL.
Why should this invite be approved?
A required explanation. Identify the creator or manager, the relevant context and why the request deserves review.

Read and update the history

History displays Requested By, Requested Username, Reason, Status and Submitted, alongside the available actions. Compare the username and reason before choosing a row action.

Approve records the request as approved. Decline opens a form requiring an explanation; that explanation is saved with the declined outcome. The page records review timing. Recording a status is separate from sending an invitation through TikTok.

Remove deletes the request record from the history accessible through this page. Use it deliberately for a record you mean to remove; it is different from keeping a declined request with an explanation.

Validation and corrections

A username validation error usually means a URL, space or unsupported character was supplied, or the handle is too short. A blank request reason or decline reason must be completed before the corresponding action succeeds.

If a request cannot be found, refresh the page and check the current account. A sub-user cannot access another sub-user’s request through this history. Repeating approval or decline of a request already in that same state produces an already-processed message.

Frequently asked questions

Does Approve send a TikTok invitation?

No. It records the approval status in the site. The actual Backstage invitation is a separate platform action.

Can a sub-user review a request?

The current module allows sub-users to approve, decline and remove requests they submitted. The owner can manage the account-wide set.

Why is a decline explanation required?

The module requires a reason so the stored outcome has useful context.

Is Remove the same as Decline?

No. Decline keeps a request with an outcome and reason. Remove deletes the request record.

Still stuck? Note the page name, the step you tried and the exact message shown. Managers and sub-users should contact their network owner; owners should contact their platform administrator. Never include passwords, webhook URLs, recovery links or private identity documents in a general support message.
