Set manager and senior manager growth targets
Use last month’s creator diamonds to set this month’s management targets and copy a Discord summary.
This guide describes the available features. Your account role, assigned modules, signed contract and network plan determine which controls you can use. Reading a guide does not change your access.
Start here
- Open Manager & Senior Manager Growth Targets as the owner and read the baseline and target months in the heading.
- Review the summary totals and the previous-month diamonds in the Growth targets table.
- Enter Default growth % and choose Update Default to preserve individual overrides, or Apply to Every Manager & Senior Manager to replace them.
- Use Search managers and senior managers, enter a row’s override and choose Save when one target needs a different rate.
- Review the resulting Target and Increase columns, then use Copy for Discord when the figures are ready to share.
Start with the correct baseline
This owner-only paid page uses last month’s creator diamonds as the baseline for the current month’s targets. The heading names both months. Its manager and senior-manager growth settings are separate from individual creator growth settings.
The rows are built from the available previous-month creator data. If no manager or senior manager data is available, import or review that source data first. Accounts hidden by inactive managers or unavailable parent agencies can affect which hierarchy appears.
Choose how widely to apply the default
Default growth % accepts values from -100% through 1,000%. Update Default changes the fallback rate while preserving existing individual overrides. Apply to Every Manager & Senior Manager applies the entered rate throughout this management target set and replaces the effect of previous overrides.
For example, review what a positive percentage means against the previous-month baseline before applying it to everyone. A rate is a planning input, not evidence that the target has been achieved. The summary and Target columns update after the save.
Work through individual targets
Search managers and senior managers filters rows as you type. The table identifies Manager / Senior Manager, Type, Creators, previous-month Diamonds, Growth, current-month Target, Increase and Override. Use these columns together: a large target may reflect a large baseline rather than a high growth rate.
Enter a row’s Growth override and choose Save. Use Default removes an existing override so the row follows the current default again. A rejected rate must be corrected to the allowed range; a manager-not-found message calls for refreshing the source-backed table.
Share the Discord version
The Discord version section presents the current manager and senior-manager targets as text. Copy for Discord copies that prepared summary; it does not post to a channel. Check both months and any overrides before pasting it for the team.
Use the separate creator growth feature for creator-level target changes. Changing this page does not automatically mean a creator’s individual growth percentage changed.
Frequently asked questions
Does Update Default overwrite every manager’s custom rate?
No. Update Default preserves existing overrides. Apply to Every Manager & Senior Manager is the broader action.
How do I make one row follow the default again?
Choose Use Default on a row with an override. The override is removed and the current default becomes effective for that row.
Why is the table empty?
The page needs manager or senior-manager data from last month’s creator records. Check that the relevant month is imported and that the intended hierarchy is active.
Does Copy for Discord send a message?
No. It copies the prepared text to your clipboard for you to review and paste.
