Create weekly reports, stand-up notes and monthly summaries
Prepare three different reporting outputs and browse the saved weekly report history.
This guide describes the available features. Your account role, assigned modules, signed contract and network plan determine which controls you can use. Reading a guide does not change your access.
Start here
- Open Network Reports as the owner and make sure current Creator Data is available.
- Choose Generate Current Report to save a weekly snapshot and open its full report.
- Use Generate Stand-up Notes for the current month-to-date manager meeting position, then open the larger editable view.
- For a monthly round-up, choose Reporting Month and Generate Discord Summary, then review the larger result.
- Use Report History to search, sort and reopen an existing snapshot; copy reviewed notes or summary text only when ready.
Preview and send a Friday email summary
Open Weekly Summary Emails and choose a manager, an agency, or the network owner. The hierarchy is Network, Agency, Team. Agencies include creators assigned to their teams; the owner includes the whole network. Choose a Friday edition and Generate preview. Review the exact saved HTML using the desktop or mobile view. Generating and refreshing a preview never sends an email.
Friday editions are due from 19:00 Europe/London, including daylight saving. Automatic reports use available data even when Friday imports or individual days are missing; data gaps are explained in the email and do not delay delivery. Activity covers the seven completed days through Thursday. The first edition is 25 September 2026. A late generation retains the intended issue date and separately records when the snapshot was actually created. Performance changes compare the previous Friday's and the report Friday's retained Backstage exports; the first edition uses 18 and 25 September. The capture interval, partial days and unavailable sources are labelled. After missing source data is recovered, refresh the preview to rebuild the saved report before reviewing it.
Go LIVE sessions use the LIVE streams counters in the retained exports. VGO means valid LIVE days, which is a separate measure. A follow-up marked Not scheduled has no due date set. Performance lists rank available figures and state how many creators or teams lack a comparison; missing historical figures are not treated as zero.
The page shows whether automatic sending is enabled across the platform. An administrator controls this database setting in Platform Settings under Weekly Summary Emails. Enabling it covers active network owners and their active agency and team manager accounts, and can send the latest due edition on the next scheduler check using available data. Missing imports, days, or report sections do not delay sending; the email explains data gaps and shows unavailable figures clearly. Disabling it keeps automatic reports as drafts. Send report or Resend report still sends only the selected saved report to the displayed account email. Delivery history records each attempt; accepted by the mail server does not guarantee inbox delivery. If available sources, assignments, or the email address have changed, refresh and review the snapshot before sending again.
Choose the output that matches the job
Generate Current Report creates a saved weekly network snapshot and opens Weekly Network Report. Weekly Manager Stand-up creates current month-to-date meeting notes with factual changes since the previous saved weekly snapshot. Monthly Network Summary creates a Discord-formatted message for a selected data month. These are separate actions.
The page is owner-only and requires paid access. Good reports depend on source data being present for the reporting period. Read the selected month and snapshot dates rather than assuming everything is a live total.
Generate and reopen a weekly snapshot
Choose Generate Current Report. On success the site opens the saved report, which contains calculated figures, operational lists, charts and any available commentary. A generation error asks you to check current creator data.
Report History lists Week Ending, Data Month, Network Diamonds, Forecast Delta, At Risk, Below Pace and Generated. Search or sort to locate the right period, then open it. A missing forecast delta is shown as Unavailable; it is not a zero difference. If there is no history yet, create the first snapshot.
Prepare Weekly Manager Stand-up notes
Choose Generate Stand-up Notes and wait for completion. Open the larger result view to read the Editable meeting notes. Add owners, due dates, decisions or meeting-specific detail before choosing Copy Stand-up Notes.
Those edits are made in the displayed notes area for copying; do not assume they update saved creator records or create assigned tasks. Copying does not send the notes anywhere. Check the current month-to-date context and previous-snapshot comparison before sharing.
Generate the Monthly Network Summary
Choose an available Reporting Month, then Generate Discord Summary. Only months with reportable data can be selected successfully. Open the larger reading view and review the Discord-formatted message and character count. Choose Copy Discord Summary to copy it for pasting.
A current-month summary represents the data available so far; a prior month may be useful for a completed-month round-up. Confirm the month before copying. The message is not posted automatically to Discord.
Understand AI commentary and progress messages
Where configured, AI adds commentary to the calculated report. The generation view reports progress and explains that the calculated report remains available if AI takes too long. Commentary is supplementary; review recommendations against the report’s actual figures.
If AI commentary is unavailable, the saved report can still contain complete calculated data. If the entire report fails, check the displayed error and source data, then try again after resolving the cause.
Frequently asked questions
Which action creates a saved weekly snapshot?
Generate Current Report. Stand-up notes and the monthly Discord summary are separate outputs with their own result views.
Does editing meeting notes create follow-up tasks?
No task-creation control is provided here. The editable notes are for adding details before copying them into your meeting workflow.
Will a slow AI response lose the calculated report?
The page is designed to retain the calculated report when AI takes too long. An unavailable-commentary notice is different from complete report-generation failure.
Why can I not choose a particular month?
Monthly summaries use the available reportable data months. Import or check the relevant month’s source records first.
Does Copy Discord Summary publish it?
No. It copies text to the clipboard. You decide where to paste and send it.
Still stuck? Note the page name, the step you tried and the exact message shown. Managers and sub-users should contact their network owner; owners should contact their platform administrator. Never include passwords, webhook URLs, recovery links or private identity documents in a general support message.
