Your dashboard and network overview
Learn what each dashboard section shows, how your account changes the view, and where to go next.
This guide describes the available features. Your account role, assigned modules, signed contract and network plan determine which controls you can use. Reading a guide does not change your access.
Start here
- Check the heading and Account role to confirm whether you are using the network owner account or a manager account.
- If you see Your free workspace, start with Manual Rookie Data import or Manual Creator Data import and review Plans & Billing when you need the paid workspace.
- Use Overview for headline figures, Insights for creator coverage and battles, and LIVE now for monitored creators. Network owners can also use Trends for the monthly projection.
- Open a relevant module from the side menu or Quick access to take action. Use Account Settings to update your own details.
- Network owners can review pending Elite / Premium Invite Requests near the bottom of the dashboard and check the resulting status after saving.
Start with the workspace you have
The network owner dashboard is called Network overview. A sub-user sees Your dashboard and a manager workspace connected to the parent network. Manager is the account label used here; Agency and Team describe positions in the account hierarchy. The owner controls manager access. Having a manager record in an imported report is different from having a working manager login.
The free workspace provides manual Rookie Graduation and Creator Data imports and basic imported lists. PRO previews describe paid features. A successful import does not by itself activate automation, meetings, reports, rankings, or every module. The side menu and dashboard sections depend on subscription and module access.
Overview: understand where the numbers come from
Backstage network metrics are shown only to the network owner. When available, Diamonds Today, Valid go LIVE Rate Today, and Active Creators Today describe the daily scrape. A dash with Waiting for today’s first Backstage scrape means the daily value has not arrived. Diamonds Today refreshes every five minutes. Diamonds This Month comes from the labelled Creator Data import and may have a different update time.
Without Backstage metrics, the owner overview shows Active Modules, Creators, Upcoming Battles and Network Reports. Managers see Active Modules, Creators, Battle activity and Account status. Assigned creator counts are scoped to the manager account. Battle activity is battles created over the last 30 days, which is different from the number scheduled in the future.
Insights, LIVE now and Trends
Creator coverage shows active creators by assigned manager. Unassigned creators remain with the owner; manager charts show only the permitted hierarchy. Your week of battles covers now through the next six days. Selecting a day opens the roster. Empty charts describe which data or scheduling step is missing.
LIVE now depends on LIVE Event Monitor access and enabled monitoring. Connecting, no enabled creators, and no monitored creators currently LIVE are different states. Open LIVE Event Monitor to enable monitoring or inspect sessions.
The Diamond projection is shown only to the network owner and separates Recorded from captures, Completed-day average, and Projected month-end. Bars show accumulated diamonds; the line shows daily output. Dashed estimates cover remaining dates and missing completed days. A projection starts after at least one completed recorded day. Read the recorded-day coverage and Updated time before treating the estimate as a target or actual result.
Network details, Quick access and Activity
Network details or Your workspace lists account role, network, module counts, creators and recent activity appropriate to your role. Quick access links lead to team management and Network Reports for owners, or the signed agreement for managers. View payouts opens Payout History.
Upcoming Battles lists scheduled creators, opponents, times and estimated score ranges. Latest Discord Message Updates lists template titles and update times; it does not prove that a message was sent. Use the linked module to review or change the underlying item.
Review invite requests and account information
Owners can filter Elite / Premium Invite Requests by status, then read Submitted, Requested By, TikTok Username, Reason and current Status before acting. Approve Request records approval. Reject Request requires a reason in the text box. Already reviewed requests cannot be processed again through this action. A dashboard approval is the site’s request decision; follow the relevant invitation workflow for any work required in TikTok.
Account profile shows the network account details. Owners can use Manage Managers, Manager Payout Details and Edit Account. Managers should use their own Account Settings for personal profile, password and payout details.
Frequently asked questions
Why does my dashboard look different from another manager’s?
The owner and sub-user views differ, and visible cards also depend on module permissions, paid access and available imported or captured data. Ask the owner to check your module access and hierarchy if a section you need is missing.
Why do today’s diamonds differ from the monthly total?
The daily number comes from a Backstage scrape; the monthly number comes from the labelled Creator Data import. Compare the dates and sources before drawing conclusions.
Is the projected month-end total guaranteed?
No. It estimates unrecorded dates from completed recorded days. Recorded from captures is the captured total; the projection and dashed graph sections are estimates.
What should I do when a panel is empty?
Follow the panel-specific next step: import creators for creator coverage, schedule battles for battle activity, enable monitoring for LIVE now, or create a report for Network Reports. Refreshing alone cannot create missing source data.
Still stuck? Note the page name, the step you tried and the exact message shown. Managers and sub-users should contact their network owner; owners should contact their platform administrator. Never include passwords, webhook URLs, recovery links or private identity documents in a general support message.
