Plans, usage and subscription billing

Choose an available PayPal plan, monitor plan limits, and understand what cancellation does.

This guide describes the available features. Your account role, assigned modules, signed contract and network plan determine which controls you can use. Reading a guide does not change your access.

Start here

  1. Open Plans & Billing while signed in as the network owner.
  2. Review Current subscription or Current access, including the status and displayed trial or next billing date.
  3. Compare the live plan cards, currencies, monthly prices and creator, monitor and meeting-minute allowances.
  4. When checkout is available, use the PayPal subscription button for the chosen plan and complete the approval flow.
  5. After returning, confirm that the page shows the expected plan and subscription status before relying on paid features.

Who can manage the subscription

Only the network owner can manage billing. Managers who open the page are returned to Account Settings. Each plan card displays the current price, currency and limits; use the values on this page when choosing.

The page advertises a seven-day trial for eligible accounts, followed by monthly PayPal billing. A trial is not offered again after it has been consumed. An account with complimentary premium access shows an administrator-granted tier and No PayPal billing; this does not create a PayPal subscription.

Choose and confirm a plan

Checkout buttons appear only when the account is eligible to choose a plan and PayPal setup is complete. The site does not present a plan-change button while a subscription is active, approved or suspended. A disabled Current plan or Complimentary plan button identifies the current tier.

Complete PayPal approval, then allow the site to confirm the subscription and reload. If checkout or confirmation reports an error, read the message and check the resulting subscription state before starting again. PayPal checkout temporarily unavailable indicates administrator configuration is incomplete.

Read usage against the plan

With active access, usage cards show Active creators, LIVE monitors and Meeting minutes this month against their limits. The progress bars help identify which allowance is close to its limit. The plan cards describe active Eulerstream monitors and secure meeting minutes.

Plan allowance and module permission are separate checks. Buying access does not explain every missing manager module; the owner also controls restricted module assignments.

Cancel a subscription

Cancel subscription is shown for applicable Active, Approved or Suspended subscription states. The confirmation explicitly says access will stop immediately. Review this before confirming; do not assume access will continue to the next billing date.

After successful cancellation the page reloads with the new state. If cancellation fails, the error is displayed and the button becomes available again. Recheck the subscription status before assuming it was cancelled.

Frequently asked questions

Why is PayPal checkout missing?

The page may already have an active, approved or suspended subscription, a complimentary plan, or incomplete PayPal setup. Read Current access, Current subscription and any warning first.

Does cancelling preserve access until the end of the month?

The site’s cancellation confirmation says access stops immediately. Only confirm when you intend that immediate loss of access.

Why do I not see another free trial?

The billing page tracks whether the account has already consumed its trial. Trial eligibility is not reset by cancelling.

Can a manager choose or cancel the network plan?

No. Billing belongs to the network owner. A manager can review their own Account Settings but cannot manage the subscription.

Still stuck? Note the page name, the step you tried and the exact message shown. Managers and sub-users should contact their network owner; owners should contact their platform administrator. Never include passwords, webhook URLs, recovery links or private identity documents in a general support message.
