Schedule battles and use the public battle calendar
Create a 1v1 matchup, avoid duplicate scheduling and share the calendar with creators and viewers.
This guide describes the available features. Your account role, assigned modules, signed contract and network plan determine which controls you can use. Reading a guide does not change your access.
Start here
- Make sure the creator is active in your creator directory and available within your manager scope.
- Open Battle Roster and choose Add Battle.
- Select our creator, enter or select Opponent creator username, and choose a date and time on a ten-minute boundary.
- Choose Estimated score range, Power ups (gloves) and Flashing Gifts, then Schedule Battle.
- Check the new row in Upcoming Battles Summary and use Open Public Battle Roster or Copy Share Link to review the viewer calendar.
Prepare the creators and understand permissions
A battle uses an active creator in your network and an opponent identified by TikTok username. If Add Battle is disabled and no creators are found, add or import the creator first and check their status and assignment. A manager’s available creators are limited by their hierarchy.
The owner can manage network battles. A manager can see permitted upcoming battles but can edit or delete only battles they own. View only in Actions means the row is visible but not editable by the current manager.
Complete Schedule New Battle
Select our creator chooses the network participant. Opponent creator username supports searching saved opponents or entering the new outside opponent username. Use the correct TikTok handle rather than relying on a similar display name.
Date and time must use ten-minute increments such as 10:00, 10:10 or 10:20. The estimated score must be one of the provided ranges. Power ups (gloves) and Flashing Gifts each let you choose Allowed or Not Allowed. These are the published rules for this matchup, so confirm them with the intended participants before saving.
- Select our creator
- Choose an active creator available to your account.
- Opponent creator username
- Select a saved username or enter the intended opponent’s username.
- Date and time (10-minute increments)
- Choose a valid date and a minute value divisible by ten.
- Estimated score range
- Select the relevant range from the menu; it is an estimate, not a recorded battle result.
- Power ups (gloves)
- Choose whether power ups are allowed.
- Flashing Gifts
- Choose whether flashing gifts are allowed.
Avoid conflicts and maintain the upcoming list
Schedule Battle creates the row; Update Battle saves an edit. The site rejects another battle for the same network creator at exactly the same date and time. Choose another time or creator when a Conflict alert appears. The summary also marks detected clashes as Conflict and other rows as Clear.
The conflict check concerns the same creator and exact timestamp. It does not confirm an outside opponent’s availability or check the duration of overlapping real-world commitments. Upcoming Battles Summary shows future scheduled records, up to the list limit, with date, creator, opponent, score range and rules. A past battle will not remain in this upcoming list.
Edit opens the scheduling form for that row, and Continue Editing Battle returns to it if its modal was closed. Cancel Edit returns to the normal roster. Delete asks for confirmation and removes the scheduled battle; it is not a completed-result control.
Help viewers use the public calendar
Copy Share Link shares the network’s public battle roster without dashboard editing controls. Calendar shows a month grid with navigation, while Upcoming lists the next 30 scheduled battles. Selecting a battle opens Battle Details with creator, opponent, estimated score, power-ups, flashing-gift rules and network. Back to Calendar closes those details.
The public link is network-wide, not a private link to only one manager’s battle. Review the calendar before sharing it. An empty upcoming list can simply mean no future battles are scheduled; navigate the calendar to inspect the relevant month. Changes to saved battle details are reflected in the schedule when it reloads.
Frequently asked questions
Why is 10:15 rejected?
The scheduler requires ten-minute increments. Use times such as 10:10 or 10:20.
What counts as a conflict?
The save check rejects another battle for the same network creator at the exact same date and time. It does not verify the opponent’s calendar or the duration of a battle.
Why can I see a battle but not edit it?
A manager may view a permitted creator’s schedule while the battle belongs to another account. Only the owner or the manager who owns the battle can manage that row.
Where did yesterday’s battle go?
The dashboard summary is an upcoming list. Past dates no longer meet that list’s future-schedule filter.
Is Estimated score range a result?
No. It describes the planned range for the matchup. Tournament score entry is a separate feature.
