Find tournaments and share the public tournament hub

Review your tournament list, open the correct editor and help viewers navigate the network’s public hub.

Browse all guides

This guide describes the available features. Your account role, assigned modules, signed contract and network plan determine which controls you can use. Reading a guide does not change your access.

Start here

  1. Open Tournaments and review the tournament’s name, status, participant count and bracket size.
  2. Choose Create Tournament for a new bracket, or Edit for roster, schedule, rules and results.
  3. Use the tournament’s Share action to inspect its public bracket before distributing the link.
  4. Use Copy Hub Link when you want to share the network-wide page containing multiple tournaments.
  5. Check the public hub’s filters, search and registration links as a visitor would. Delete a tournament only after reviewing the irreversible confirmation.

Read Your Tournaments

The list shows Tournament, Status, Participants, Bracket Size, Schedule, Share, Champion, Created and Actions. Participant count describes filled places; bracket size describes the required total. The schedule shows the start and spacing when set, or Not set. Champion appears after bracket progression produces a winner.

Owners see network tournaments; manager visibility follows the permitted account hierarchy. If no tournaments are listed, create one or check your account scope. The list is a starting point; Edit opens the detailed workspace with roster and winner controls.

Choose between the individual page and public hub

A tournament’s public share page follows that particular bracket. Public Tournament Hub is one shareable network page for open registrations, active brackets, matchups, results and completed tournaments. Copy Hub Link copies its address; Open Hub lets you inspect it.

The hub can expose more than the tournament currently on your screen. Review its visible network content before sharing it as a narrow invitation. Public registration is a separate link used to fill an eligible creator into a bracket.

Help viewers use the public hub

The public hub shows the network name and headline counts for Tournaments, Open now and Tournament entries. Use its status filters and search to find an event. No matching tournaments means the current filter or search has no matches; clear it before assuming an event is missing.

Tournament cards show the name, description, starting date, creators, match format, total recorded score and completion progress. Active cards include featured 1v1 matchups; completed events can show the champion and final results. Use the card’s bracket or registration link for the relevant next step. A hub-not-available notice indicates an invalid or unavailable network link; request a current link from the organiser.

Delete a tournament only when intended

Delete asks whether to delete the tournament and says it cannot be undone. It removes the tournament rather than marking an individual attendance status. Use Edit to correct the name, roster or schedule when you want to retain the event.

After deletion, viewers cannot rely on the old event as an active public record. If people already have a shared link, communicate the change through your normal communication channel. Copying a new hub link does not restore a deleted tournament.

Frequently asked questions

Which link should I send to people interested in every tournament?

Use the Public Tournament Hub link. It provides a network-wide page with search, statuses, matchups and registration links.

Why is Participants lower than Bracket Size?

A tournament can be created before all creators are added. Fill the open seeds in Edit or use public registration.

Can I manage winners from the list?

Use Edit to open the bracket and result controls. The list provides the overview and quick actions.

Does deleting a tournament simply hide it?

No. The confirmation says deletion cannot be undone. Use the editor for ordinary corrections.

Why is a public hub empty?

The network may not have public tournaments yet, or your current filters may exclude them. Clear search and status filters first.

Still stuck? Note the page name, the step you tried and the exact message shown. Managers and sub-users should contact their network owner; owners should contact their platform administrator. Never include passwords, webhook URLs, recovery links or private identity documents in a general support message.
