This guide describes the available features. Your account role, assigned modules, signed contract and network plan determine which controls you can use. Reading a guide does not change your access.

Start here

  1. Open Edit for the intended tournament and review Tournament Details, required slots and Scheduled Rounds.
  2. Fill all open seeds or share Public creator registration link before recording winners.
  3. Review Tournament Rules & Match Requirements and choose Save Tournament Rules after any changes.
  4. In Bracket, select a match winner, enter both battle scores, then choose Save Battle Result.
  5. Use the pairings tab for the current round announcement, Odds To Win for estimates, and Reporting for attendance and score review.
  6. Check the public bracket and export CSV or PDF from Reporting when you need a current tournament report.

Update details, size, schedule and rules separately

Name and Description are saved with Save Details. Description is public and limited to 3,000 characters. Required Slots can be increased to a larger supported size up to 128; it cannot be reduced through this control. Clear selected winners before increasing. More slots also means more places must be filled before selecting winners.

Save Schedule applies Tournament Start Date and 1, 2 or 3 Days Between Rounds. Scheduled Rounds shows the public dates. Save Tournament Rules separately saves Battle Duration, Required Match Type, Tournament Rules, Gifting Rules and Conduct Expectations. Duration accepts 1–1,440 minutes, match type up to 120 characters and each rules text up to 5,000. Fill Empty Fields With Template fills blanks, allowing existing text to remain. Check all public wording after saving.

Share the correct link

Public read-only share link opens the viewer’s bracket. Copy Link copies it, and Regenerate replaces that bracket share link so the old one stops working. Public creator registration link serves a different purpose: it fills the next available seed until the required capacity is taken.

Open both links to confirm what a viewer or participant sees. The public bracket shows Bracket & Winner, Odds & Dataset and Rules & Requirements. Bracket & Winner contains the schedule, competitors, progression and champion when complete. Odds & Dataset includes the model mode, history window, completed matches used, decided matches in this tournament, creators with odds, bracket size and participant count. The rules tab presents the published match requirements. Public viewers have no winner-editing controls.

Bracket tab: fill and maintain the roster

Fill Open Seeds lets you search and select no more creators than the open slot count, then Add Selected Creators. Roster shows seeded participants. Swap opens eligible alternatives; select a replacement and Confirm Swap. A creator already in the tournament cannot be selected again. Remove deletes that entry after confirmation.

Removing or swapping a creator changes the Round 1 competitors and can clear affected winners and later progression. Review subsequent rounds afterward. These are changes to the actual bracket, not just display labels. If no swap candidates or available creators exist, check the active creator directory and account scope.

Randomise Match Pairs creates new Round 1 pairings. It requires at least two creators and is blocked after match activity has started or the tournament is completed or archived. The confirmation says it cannot be undone and existing match-performance data will be cleared. Do this only before results need preserving.

Bracket tab: enter and correct winners

Once the full required roster is filled and a match has both competitors, choose the winner’s control. Enter Battle Scores shows both creators. Enter a valid non-negative score for each; the selected winner must have a higher score than the opponent. Ties cannot be submitted as a winning result. Save Battle Result records the winner and advances the bracket.

Scores must be no greater than 999,999,999,999,999. Waiting for full roster means required seeds are missing; Waiting for competitors means a later match does not yet have both entrants. Complete earlier rounds in order. Clear winner removes a recorded result and can change later progression, so recheck downstream matches and the champion afterward.

Pairings and Odds To Win tabs

The pairings tab presents the current round’s matchups with names and usernames. Copy All Pairings copies a Discord-ready round announcement covering the current round. Review the round and date before pasting; it does not send a Discord message.

Odds To Win is an estimate based on wins, diamond-score margins, recency and the remaining bracket paths. What is this? explains the score-weighted Elo model and two-year tournament history window, with newer and current-event results weighted more heavily. It is not a promise of a result. No odds available means there is no estimate to display yet; use actual recorded results to progress the competition.

Reporting tab: attendance, completion and performance

The headline cards show Registrations, Checked In, Match Completion and Tournament Diamonds. Registrations identifies how many arrived through the public form; Checked In also notes rules acceptances. Attendance Breakdown summarises current participant statuses.

Registration & Attendance lists seed, creator, entry source, Rules acceptance and an attendance selector. Choose the appropriate registered, checked-in, no-show, withdrawn or disqualified state shown in the menu and Save that row. Attendance status is tracked separately from selecting bracket winners; update the bracket deliberately if the result must change.

Match Results & Scores lists each round and fixture, competitors and saved winner. Creator 1 diamonds and Creator 2 diamonds can be corrected with the row’s Save control. That score edit is separate from selecting a winner; check that the saved winner and scores still represent the intended result. Creator Battle Performance aggregates tournament outcomes and diamond performance for each creator.

Export CSV or PDF and recover from errors

Export CSV and Export PDF in Reporting download the selected tournament’s report, including registration, attendance, match completion, scores and creator performance. The export respects your account’s tournament access. Check the event name and date before sharing a file.

If a save reports that a creator, match or tournament is not found, return through the tournament list and reopen the current record. If an update fails, check the displayed saved state before repeating it. A stale session token requires reloading. Public Tournament not found can indicate an old regenerated link or an unavailable tournament; copy the current link from the editor.

Frequently asked questions

Why can I not select a winner?

Fill every required roster slot first, and ensure both competitors in the match are known. Then enter both scores with the chosen winner strictly higher.

Does changing attendance automatically advance a walkover?

Attendance is a separate tracking field. Use the bracket’s result controls deliberately to record the competition result.

Does correcting score fields automatically choose another winner?

The Reporting score form is separate from winner selection. Review the winner and use the bracket result controls when the winner also needs correcting.

What will Randomise Match Pairs change?

It rebuilds Round 1 pairings and clears existing match-performance data. The confirmation says it cannot be undone, and the action is restricted to before tournament activity has started.

Are the odds guaranteed or used to choose winners?

No. They are model estimates using historical and current results. Managers enter actual battle results to progress the bracket.

Which public link should entrants use?

Use Public creator registration link to reserve a place. The read-only share link is for following the bracket and viewing rules and odds.
