Read and download a weekly network report
Interpret saved performance, pace, risk and operational evidence, and export the same snapshot to PDF.
This guide describes the available features. Your account role, assigned modules, signed contract and network plan determine which controls you can use. Reading a guide does not change your access.
Start here
- Open a report from Network Reports and confirm the reporting week and Data Month in its heading.
- Check Network diamonds, Forecast delta, At-risk creators and Below activity pace before reading the detailed lists.
- Read Snapshot & Calculation Audit to understand the data date, forecast method and saved thresholds.
- Use the performer, activity, risk, team and agency tables to identify specific follow-ups.
- Choose Export Report PDF when you need to share or retain this saved report, and verify the period in the downloaded file.
Know that this is a saved snapshot
The report uses the stored snapshot rather than substituting current live data. Its reporting week and reporting month can represent different time concepts: the weekly snapshot captures the available month’s position at that point. Network diamonds displays the saved data-through date where available.
Open reports from the history list. A not-found report or unreadable snapshot cannot be repaired by changing the address-bar ID. Return to Network Reports and select a valid saved report or generate a new one.
Read the headlines and charts
Network diamonds is the saved monthly total. Forecast delta is actual month-to-date minus the expected month-to-date amount. A dash means unavailable. At-risk creators counts scores of 30 or higher. Below activity pace counts creators below the saved activity target.
Network Pace compares saved actual, expected and projected performance. Top Creator Diamonds charts at most ten of the highest saved totals. Highest Retention Risk shows the saved risk scores; no creators reaching the medium threshold produces an explicit empty state, not an error.
Weekly Commentary may contain Positive trends, Negative trends, Next seven days and a forecast explanation. It is AI-assisted analysis of this snapshot and should be checked before acting. Unavailable AI commentary does not mean the calculated report is incomplete.
Use Snapshot & Calculation Audit
Expected MTD is projected month-end divided by days in the month, multiplied by the snapshot day. Delta is actual minus expected; within 2% is treated as on pace. Check whether the report has the necessary forecast inputs before comparing periods.
The activity floor is seven valid days and 15 LIVE hours per month, prorated to the saved data date. A creator is below pace if either saved days or saved hours falls below the target. Retention risk uses the existing 100-point model of month-on-month diamond, LIVE-hour and valid-day declines plus inactivity. Medium starts at 30, high at 50 and critical at 70. The audit also records generation time, reporting week and snapshot version.
Turn the detailed tables into a review list
Top Performers lists diamonds, hours and days. Biggest Improvers compares previous and current diamonds with the gain. Below Activity Requirements identifies the saved days, hours and diamonds of creators below pace. At-Risk Creators shows risk category, score and calculated factors, which explain why a creator needs review.
Manager / Team Rankings and Agency Rankings show creator counts and monthly diamonds. Upcoming Battles covers the next seven days as recorded at generation. Upcoming Tournaments shows saved active or upcoming events with participant capacity. Operational Focus totals activity follow-ups, retention reviews and scheduled opportunities. The same creator may require more than one kind of follow-up; read the lists rather than treating the combined workload as a unique-person count.
Download the report PDF
Export Report PDF opens the network-report export endpoint for the selected saved report and returns a PDF. It uses the same saved snapshot and does not fetch newer values to replace the report. Keep the reporting period with the file when sharing it.
The report and export are owner-only. A downloaded copy can be forwarded outside the site’s access controls, so share the performance and creator details with the intended audience. Use Back to reports to select another period.
Frequently asked questions
Why does this report differ from today’s dashboard?
It preserves the data saved when the report was generated. The current dashboard may contain newer imports or captures.
Does At-risk mean a creator is definitely leaving?
No. It identifies a score from the saved retention model. Review the calculated factors and speak with the creator or manager before deciding on action.
Why can one creator appear in both activity and retention lists?
They are different checks. A creator may be below an activity target and also have a retention risk score of 30 or more.
Does the PDF update the report?
No. The export uses the existing saved snapshot. Generate or open the appropriate newer report when you need another period.
Can managers open the weekly report link?
The customer report and export are owner-only. A link to the protected page does not grant manager access.
Still stuck? Note the page name, the step you tried and the exact message shown. Managers and sub-users should contact their network owner; owners should contact their platform administrator. Never include passwords, webhook URLs, recovery links or private identity documents in a general support message.
