This guide describes the available features. Your account role, assigned modules, signed contract and network plan determine which controls you can use. Reading a guide does not change your access.

Start here

  1. Open Marketplace in your workspace and choose Create a listing. Active owners and managers can sell without a paid module subscription.
  2. Add a catchy title, description, category, LIVE platform, asking gift amount, gift unit, delivery details and gift instructions. Add at least one public contact method.
  3. Save as Draft, upload your samples, then change Listing visibility to Published and save. Use Copy share link to share the service.
  4. Open Buyers & gift records to review requests. Open a buyer to record gift receipts, fulfilment, contact details and private notes.

Create, edit and share a service

Each owner and manager has their own listings. Category groups similar services, including Other services. Platform accepts any LIVE app name. Asking gift amount must be a whole number from 1 to 999,999,999. Choose Diamonds, Coins or Gift value to describe the agreed unit; these units are not converted or treated as equivalent.

Describe exactly what is included, delivery or session timing, the account receiving gifts and how to arrange the LIVE. Phone, WhatsApp, Snapchat, Discord, TikTok, email and Other contact fields are optional individually, but at least one contact is required. Every saved contact is public on a published service.

Draft, Paused and Archived services are hidden from public search and direct links. Published services are available without login while the seller and their network are active. Admin-hidden services stay hidden until an administrator restores visibility. Share links remain the same when a service is edited. Copy share link offers a selectable URL if clipboard access is unavailable.

Upload and remove work samples

Save a listing before uploading work samples. Each listing can have up to six JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, MP4 or WebM files. The maximum is 20 MB per file and 40 MB per upload, subject to the server’s PHP upload limit. Images must be under 40 megapixels and no more than 12,000 pixels per side.

Samples appear on the service page. An image in the first sample slot appears as the catalogue cover; a first video uses category artwork on its card. Remove sample permanently removes that file. To replace a sample, remove it and upload another. Files on hidden services are accessible only to the seller, their network owner and platform administrators.

Public browsing and purchase requests

Anyone can open Marketplace from the main site navigation, search titles and descriptions and filter by category, LIVE platform, creator network and maximum gift amount. Sorting compares numeric gift amounts, so always check the unit and platform shown on each service.

On a service page, use Request this service and provide your name and contact details. Your platform username and request message are optional. Confirm that these details may be shared with the seller, their network owner and platform administrators. Send purchase request saves a record and shows a reference. No buyer login is needed.

A request does not make a booking or verify payment. The seller reviews it in their dashboard and contacts the buyer using the supplied details; this feature does not send an email or message automatically. Arrange delivery and gifting directly before sending gifts. If the service changes while a form is open, reload and review it before applying again. Too many requests from one address are limited; retry in an hour.

Buyer records, gifts and fulfilment

Buyers & gift records supports search and status filters. Owners can filter by seller; administrators can also filter by network. Use + Buyer on a listing for a purchase arranged elsewhere. The listing title, asking amount, unit and platform are saved with the request and do not change when you edit the service later.

Open a buyer record to update Buyer name, Buyer contact details and Buyer’s platform username. Service fulfilment can be New request, Accepted, In progress, Completed or Cancelled. Fulfilment is separate from gift receipt: completing a service does not mark it paid.

Total gifts received is the cumulative amount, not an additional instalment. Zero shows Awaiting gifts; an amount below the agreed price shows Part paid; the full amount or more shows Paid in full. Any nonzero amount requires a Gift / LIVE reference and Gift received at time in UTC. This is the seller’s manual record, not automatic platform verification.

Private buyer notes and every saved update appear in Record history. The seller, network owner and administrators can read them. If another tab has changed the record, reload before saving so the newer update is not overwritten.

Visibility, oversight and removing a listing

Managers can manage only their own listings and buyers. Network owners can read all listings, samples, buyer contacts, gift records, notes and history belonging to their network. My own listings narrows the owner’s view to their services. Owners cannot edit another manager’s seller records. Platform administrators have oversight across every network, can edit any listing and its samples, and can hide or restore public visibility with a moderation reason.

Administrators can open Edit listing and select Listing owner to assign a service to an active manager or network owner in any network. Keep current owner preserves the existing assignment, including for an inactive or deleted seller. Save listing applies the content and ownership changes together. Review public contact details and LIVE gift instructions for the new seller. The listing, samples, buyers, gift records and private notes move to the selected seller and their network; previous access is removed as appropriate. Share links and existing agreed prices remain unchanged. Each existing buyer’s Record history names the administrator and records the old and new seller. Reload any buyer forms opened before a transfer.

Remove listing archives the advert and removes it from the public marketplace. Its buyer records remain available. To restore an archived service, open it from Listings, choose Published and save. You can still add an offline buyer to an archived service. Inactive or deleted managers’ listings remain available for network and admin oversight but are not public.

Frequently asked questions

Can buyers use the marketplace without an account?

Yes. Public search, service details, samples, share links and purchase requests do not require login.

Does the marketplace collect or automatically verify gifts?

No. Gifts take place on the agreed LIVE app. Sellers record the cumulative amount, time and reference manually. The marketplace shows payment progress from those records.

Can another network see my buyer notes?

No. Buyer contacts and private notes are visible to the seller, the owning network and platform administrators. Other managers and networks only see published service information.

What happens to buyers when I remove a listing?

Removing archives the listing. All buyer details, agreed prices, gift records and history remain available to the authorised dashboards.

Why is my published service unavailable?

Check for an admin moderation notice, an inactive manager account or a suspended network. Draft, paused and archived services are also hidden. If the marketplace is temporarily unavailable, retry later.

Still stuck? Note the page name, the step you tried and the exact message shown. Managers and sub-users should contact their network owner; owners should contact their platform administrator. Never include passwords, webhook URLs, recovery links or private identity documents in a general support message.
