Ask the network assistant
Use the Ask us chat widget to ask questions about permitted network information, and understand the limits of an AI answer.
This guide describes the available features. Your account role, assigned modules, signed contract and network plan determine which controls you can use. Reading a guide does not change your access.
Start here
- Choose Ask us to open the network assistant panel.
- Check the status. If it says Temporarily offline, use the relevant reporting page or Help & FAQ while the service is unavailable.
- Choose a suggested question or type one focused question, including the creator or reporting period when useful.
- Send the question and wait for the reply. Compare important figures with the original module before taking action.
- Choose Start again to begin a new conversation, or close the panel when finished.
What the assistant can help with
For signed-in customers and managers, the assistant can use the latest network data that the current account is permitted to see. Suggested questions include network performance, creators who may need support and upcoming competitions.
The public homepage assistant uses public information. It is not a way to view another network’s private dashboard data. Your manager role can also restrict the records available to the signed-in assistant.
Ask a useful question
Ask one question at a time. For example, identify the reporting period and whether you mean an individual creator or your visible team. Follow up if a term or number is unclear.
Use the dedicated module for actions such as editing records, posting alerts or changing permissions. A chat response is not a confirmation that any of those actions occurred. Avoid sending credentials or private documents in a general chat question.
Conversation controls and availability
The panel provides suggested questions, a message box, a send control, Start again and Close. Its note explains that the signed-in conversation is saved for the current session. Do not rely on it as your permanent case notes or a saved network report.
If the service is unavailable, the input can be disabled. Ask your owner or administrator about the AI service if this persists. Ordinary dashboard tools and the written help centre do not require an AI answer to explain their workflows.
Check important answers
AI can make mistakes or misinterpret a question. Verify payouts, assignments, targets and actions against the source screen. If a response seems inconsistent, compare the month, filters and visible team before assuming the underlying records are wrong.
The Private AI Chat module is a separate feature with its own conversation and oversight rules. Read that guide before assuming its history behaves like the small Ask us widget.
Frequently asked questions
Can the assistant enable a module for me?
No. Ask the owner to use Manager Module Access, or the administrator to review network modules. A chat answer does not change permissions.
Why does my answer differ from the owner’s answer?
The assistant’s database facts are limited to the signed-in account’s access, and the questions may refer to different scopes or periods.
Where do I save information that my team must keep?
Use the relevant record, support case, coaching tool or saved report. The widget’s session conversation is not a replacement for those records.
Still stuck? Note the page name, the step you tried and the exact message shown. Managers and sub-users should contact their network owner; owners should contact their platform administrator. Never include passwords, webhook URLs, recovery links or private identity documents in a general support message.
