Find your way around and solve common problems

A guide to workspace menus, permissions, tables, reporting terms, saving changes and the most common reasons a page looks empty.

Browse all guides

This guide describes the available features. Your account role, assigned modules, signed contract and network plan determine which controls you can use. Reading a guide does not change your access.

Start here

  1. Open the workspace menu and select the section you need. On a narrow screen, use the menu button to reveal it.
  2. Use Search workspace to find tools by name. Use Help & FAQ to search explanations and questions inside all guides.
  3. Before reading a chart or table, check the selected month, manager, status and search filters.
  4. Open Help & FAQ and search for the page or tool to find setup instructions and the meaning of its fields.
  5. After an action, read its success or error message and confirm the resulting record or setting. If you are stuck, record the page name and the last step for your owner or administrator.

Workspace search and help search

Workspace search finds navigation links available in your workspace; it does not search every creator or every help article. Help search searches guide titles, steps, explanations and FAQ answers. Use the tool name or a short phrase such as manager access or reporting month.

Help’s role filter includes guides shared by everyone plus guides for the selected role. Documentation for an owner-only feature may still explain what a manager should ask the owner to do. Reading it does not unlock that feature.

Reading tables, charts and empty states

A table’s search box narrows its current rows. Month, manager and status selectors may narrow the underlying dataset before that search runs. Reset both kinds of filters when an expected row is missing. Pagination can place rows on another page.

Where a table provides visual insights, choose the relevant measure and check its source values. A chart summarises the available rows; a small bar or a zero is not proof that a creator is absent. Imported data and live monitoring are different data sources.

No data can mean that the selected month has not been imported, that no records match your filters, that no creators are assigned to your visible team, or that the feature has not yet produced any records. Check these before making new entries.

The terms you will see

Network owner
The main customer account responsible for network settings and manager access.
Sub-user / manager
An additional sign-in account under a network. The site may use agency, senior manager, team or manager labels to describe its place in a hierarchy.
Module
A feature or tool, such as Creator Leads or Meeting Rooms. Active modules, role permissions and the network plan determine access.
Reporting month
The month to which a data import, target or report belongs. It may differ from today’s month.
Diamonds
The TikTok diamond totals displayed from the applicable data source. A total on a report is not itself a bank payment.
LIVE hours and valid LIVE days
Separate activity measures from the source data. A day that contains some activity does not necessarily qualify as a valid day under the source’s criteria.
Forecast / projection
An estimate based on the data and assumptions displayed in the tool. It is not a guaranteed outcome or payment.
Snapshot
A saved report representing a reporting period and its data at generation time. Later imports do not necessarily rewrite it.
Webhook
A destination URL used to post alerts to a service such as Discord. Treat the full URL as a secret and use it only in the relevant settings field.
Public / shareable link
A link intended to open without your dashboard login. Anyone who receives or is forwarded a valid link may be able to view its content.

If a tool is missing, locked or read-only

A PRO badge points to plan requirements. A missing module can also mean it is inactive or has not been assigned. Owners ask the administrator about network modules; managers ask their owner about manager access. A required unsigned contract can redirect a manager before the module opens.

If the guide describes a control you cannot see, first read its role restrictions. Some imports, shared settings and account administration actions are owner-only. The controls on your own screen are the ones available to your role.

If a save, import or connection fails

Read the exact error and correct the field it identifies. Do not keep clicking a send, import, payment or delete action while a request is running. Once it finishes, check the resulting record before retrying.

For an expired session, reload and sign in again. For file errors, check the module’s accepted format, size and required columns. For a stopped integration, check the last successful run and connection status; the owner may need to ask the administrator about the background service.

For a public link that no longer opens, ask its owner for a fresh link. It may have been disabled, revoked, regenerated or affected by account or module access. Editing the identifier in the URL is not a repair.

Getting effective help

Send the page name, your role, the reporting month or filter involved, the action you attempted and the exact error message. Say whether the issue affects one record or the whole page. These details let your owner reproduce the problem without sharing your password.

Use the page-specific FAQ first. Then contact your network owner if you are a manager or sub-user, or the platform administrator if you own the network. The AI assistant can help explain permitted data, but its answer is not proof that a setting has changed.

Frequently asked questions

Does a guide give me permission to use the feature?

No. Help is static documentation. Existing role, module, plan and contract checks still govern the actual feature.

Why do the same numbers differ across pages?

Check the reporting period, source, last import or update time, filters and visible team. A stored weekly snapshot, monthly import, daily trend and live feed answer different questions.

Why did my edit disappear?

Confirm that you pressed the page’s save action and received success. Check whether you are viewing a different month, record or tab. If the session expired, reopen the form and retry after signing in.

Can I print a guide?

Open the full guide and choose Print / save as PDF. FAQ answers are expanded for printing. Your browser’s print dialog offers paper printing or a PDF destination, depending on the device.

Still stuck? Note the page name, the step you tried and the exact message shown. Managers and sub-users should contact their network owner; owners should contact their platform administrator. Never include passwords, webhook URLs, recovery links or private identity documents in a general support message.
