Your first day as a manager or sub-user
Learn how to sign in to your network, complete any required agreement, find your assigned creators and understand which settings your owner controls.
This guide describes the available features. Your account role, assigned modules, signed contract and network plan determine which controls you can use. Reading a guide does not change your access.
Start here
- Ask your network owner which email address and manager account you should use. Use Login; the public Sign up form requests a new customer account.
- Enter your own email and password. If you are sent to a required agreement, read it carefully and complete the signing flow only when ready.
- Open Account Settings and check the editable profile, password and payment details offered to your account.
- Open the dashboard and the tools visible in your workspace menu. Confirm that a creator assigned to you appears in the appropriate creator or reporting view.
- If a tool, creator or action is missing, tell your owner the page name and what you expected to see so they can check your account status, hierarchy and permissions.
What a sub-user can see
Your manager login works inside an existing network. It does not give you the owner’s administration rights. Some pages limit records to your creators or hierarchy; others expose a shared network queue to permitted module users. Read the role notes for the particular page.
Senior manager or agency relationships can affect the teams you see. The number on your dashboard may differ from the network owner’s total. Do not change creator assignments simply to make totals match.
Complete access requirements
Your own manager account, the owning network account and any required parent manager must be active. The owner assigns access to supported modules. Free active modules may be available automatically; paid tools also depend on the network plan.
If a contract is required, the signing page may block access until completed. After signing, some identity fields may be locked. Ask the owner about a correction instead of creating another account.
Find and complete your daily tasks
Use the workspace menu or search to find a tool by name. Start with your dashboard, then review assigned leads, creator performance and support work appropriate to your role. Use month and manager filters deliberately before deciding a creator is missing.
Open Help & FAQ and search for the tool whenever its fields are unfamiliar. In its guide, the short Start here checklist introduces the task; use In this guide to jump to field explanations and FAQs.
Save changes using the page’s own button, read the result message and check the record afterward. A filter change or a preview is not necessarily a saved update.
Know when the owner needs to help
Owners manage manager accounts, most network-wide configuration and module assignments. A disabled control or read-only imports view may be intentional. Do not use another person’s credentials to get around it.
For payment details, choose from the methods the owner offers and verify the saved values. Recording a payout on this site and receiving money are different events; ask the owner about the actual payment process.
Recover your manager password
Choose Forgot password on Login, enter your manager email and request a reset link. Use the newest message: creating another reset request replaces earlier tokens. Links expire after one hour and can only be used once.
If no message arrives, check spam and confirm the owner has your correct active email. If the screen reports an email delivery failure, contact the platform administrator through your owner. A reset cannot reactivate an inactive account.
Frequently asked questions
Can I enable my own modules?
No. Ask the network owner to review your individual or bulk manager module access. Your network must also have the module and any required plan access.
Why can I read a page but not change its settings?
Several modules deliberately give sub-users a read-only view or hide owner-only settings. Use the role explanation in that guide to check whether the restriction is expected.
Why did access stop when my senior manager became inactive?
The manager hierarchy is checked during sign-in and session resolution. Ask your owner to review the parent agency or senior manager and your assignment.
Are all managers entitled to see every creator?
No. Visibility varies by feature, assigned manager and hierarchy. Use the relevant module guide and ask your owner to correct assignments if your expected creators are missing.
Still stuck? Note the page name, the step you tried and the exact message shown. Managers and sub-users should contact their network owner; owners should contact their platform administrator. Never include passwords, webhook URLs, recovery links or private identity documents in a general support message.
