Sign up, sign in and recover a manager password
Choose the correct account path, understand activation messages and safely recover access to a manager account.
This guide describes the available features. Your account role, assigned modules, signed contract and network plan determine which controls you can use. Reading a guide does not change your access.
Start here
- For a new network account, open Sign up, enter Full name, Email and a password of at least eight characters. Creator Network and Phone are optional.
- Wait for an administrator to activate a newly registered account. Registration alone does not immediately unlock the dashboard.
- On Login, enter the email and password for your owner or manager account. Both use the same login page.
- For a forgotten manager password, select Forgot password, enter Manager Email and choose Generate Reset Link.
- Open the newest reset email within one hour, enter matching New Password and Confirm Password values, and then sign in using the new password.
Registering the right kind of account
Sign up creates a customer account that awaits review. It is intended for the account that owns a network. If you are joining another person’s network as a manager or sub-user, ask the owner to arrange your manager account rather than registering a separate network.
An email already in use cannot be registered again. Check whether you already have an account before attempting another registration.
Understanding sign-in messages
Invalid login credentials means the entered email and password did not authenticate. Check spelling, spaces and the account you intended to use. A message about pending, suspended or inactive status is an account-state issue; changing the password does not change that status.
A manager’s parent network must be an active customer account. Where a manager belongs to a parent agency or senior manager, that parent must also be active. Contact your owner if the message mentions the hierarchy.
Using reset links correctly
The Forgot password path is specifically for manager accounts. If you own the main network account and cannot sign in, contact the platform administrator for help.
Manager reset links expire after one hour. A new reset request invalidates earlier reset tokens. A used, expired or missing token requires a fresh link. Never forward the reset email or paste its link into a shared channel.
- Manager Email
- Use the email recorded on your manager account, not a creator username or your owner’s email.
- New Password
- Enter at least eight characters. Use a unique password rather than reusing your TikTok or email password.
- Confirm Password
- Repeat the new password exactly. A mismatch leaves the password unchanged.
Session messages and signing out
If a form reports an invalid session token, reload the page, sign in again if requested, and retry from a fresh form. Reopening an old saved form or using a long-idle tab can cause this message. Check whether the previous attempt succeeded before repeating a consequential action.
Use Logout when leaving a shared computer. Another person should use their own account so permissions and recorded actions match the person doing the work.
Frequently asked questions
Why can I not log in immediately after signing up?
New accounts await administrator activation. Contact the administrator if you need to check the status; repeated registrations will not activate the original account.
I requested a reset but received no email. What next?
Check spam, confirm the email with your owner and verify the manager account and its parent accounts are active. If you requested several resets, only the latest link should be used. Ask the owner or administrator about email delivery if necessary.
Can the manager reset form recover the owner account?
This reset flow is for sub-user manager accounts. A network owner should contact the platform administrator about owner-account recovery.
What should I do with an expired reset link?
Return to Manager Password Reset and request a new link. Enter the new password twice on the new link’s form, then use Login once the success message appears.
Still stuck? Note the page name, the step you tried and the exact message shown. Managers and sub-users should contact their network owner; owners should contact their platform administrator. Never include passwords, webhook URLs, recovery links or private identity documents in a general support message.
