Poster Showcase: upload, publish and share campaign artwork

Manage network posters, control which appear publicly and share either the complete showcase or one poster.

This guide describes the available features. Your account role, assigned modules, signed contract and network plan determine which controls you can use. Reading a guide does not change your access.

Start here

  1. Open Poster Showcase and prepare a JPG, PNG, GIF or WEBP image of 25 MB or less.
  2. Enter an optional title and description, select the image, and decide whether Publish this poster to the public showcase now should be on.
  3. Choose Upload Poster and review the resulting image card, status and uploader name.
  4. For an active poster, choose Share to copy its individual page link. Use the showcase Copy Link to share all active posters.

Upload artwork for the network

The image is required. Poster Title is optional and limited to 190 characters. Description is optional and allows up to 5,000 characters; use it for campaign dates, participation instructions and a clear contact or next step.

The upload checks both the image extension and actual type. Accepted formats are JPG, PNG, GIF and WEBP, with a maximum of 25 MB. If the upload fails, use a valid smaller image and try again. The page records a manager uploader’s name when applicable.

The management list is shared at network level. A manager with module access can work with posters belonging to this network, rather than only their personal uploads. Check who added a poster before changing or deleting shared campaign material.

Publish, hide and update

The publication switch determines whether the poster appears on the public showcase. Leave it off while preparing a draft. On an existing card, edit Title and Description, change Active on public showcase, then choose Save Changes.

Open shows the uploaded image itself. Share opens a dialog for the dedicated public poster page and is disabled while the poster is hidden. Hiding the poster removes it from the public showcase and makes its public poster page unavailable; it is not a promise that an already copied raw image file is private.

Share the showcase or a single poster

The showcase link opens the network’s collection of active posters without a dashboard login. A dedicated poster link includes this network and the selected poster and opens a page with its image, description and publication details.

The Share dialog provides Copy Link, Open Page and available device or social sharing options. On a device without native sharing support, use Copy Link. Public visitors can use the poster page’s share controls as well. Always open the copied link once to confirm that it points at the intended published poster.

Delete and troubleshoot public access

Delete Poster removes the poster record and stored file and asks for confirmation because it cannot be undone from this page. To replace the actual artwork, upload a new poster; the existing card’s edit form changes title, description and visibility, not the image file.

A public showcase needs a valid network link and an available network/module account. A dedicated poster additionally needs the poster to exist and be active. If someone sees Poster not available, check the publication switch, copy a fresh link and ask the owner to check account/module access if the entire showcase is unavailable.

Frequently asked questions

Why is Share disabled?

The poster is hidden. Switch on Active on public showcase and save it first.

Can I replace an image on the existing card?

The card only edits title, description and publication status. Upload a new poster for different artwork.

Which link should I send?

Use the showcase link for the whole active collection and the poster’s Share link for a specific campaign.

Will removing a poster recover it later?

Delete is permanent through this interface. Hide it instead when you want to retain the draft for future use.

Still stuck? Note the page name, the step you tried and the exact message shown. Managers and sub-users should contact their network owner; owners should contact their platform administrator. Never include passwords, webhook URLs, recovery links or private identity documents in a general support message.
