Public Resource Hub: browse guides, galleries, videos and downloads
Use a network’s shared resource link to find learning materials, browse image galleries, watch videos and download available files without a dashboard login.
This guide describes the available features. Your account role, assigned modules, signed contract and network plan determine which controls you can use. Reading a guide does not change your access.
Start here
- Open the complete Resource Hub link supplied by your network. Keep its network parameter intact so the correct network is selected.
- Check the network name at the top, then browse the category headings and read the resource titles and descriptions.
- Choose View or View Gallery for images, Watch for a video, Open Link for an external website, or Download for a document or other file.
- In an image gallery, use the left/right arrows, keyboard arrows or a swipe to select an image, then choose Download Image for that selected image.
- Choose Share on an individual resource to share its own viewer page. Your device opens its share options when available; otherwise the link is copied, or shown for manual copying. Select a resource title to open that page yourself.
- Close the preview when finished. Check your browser’s downloads list for saved files, or ask the network owner for help if the hub or an individual resource is unavailable.
Open the correct network’s public library
The network owner copies the Public Share Link from the signed-in Resource Hub management page and can share it with managers and creators. Visitors do not need a dashboard account to browse the published library. This public page does not provide an upload, edit or delete form.
The link includes a network value that identifies the library. Do not remove it or substitute a company name. Confirm the network name at the top before downloading material, especially if you work with more than one network.
The public hub requires an active network account and an available Resource Hub module/account entitlement. It shows that network’s resources in active categories. Categories with no eligible items are not shown. A manager cannot make a hidden category public by opening this link.
Browse categories and understand the available actions
Category headings organize the resource cards and show a count of resources in that category. Categories are arranged by name, with resources arranged by title. Read the description before opening a file: it can explain its purpose, date, audience or instructions.
A resource can contain one image, an image gallery, a video, an external link or another file type. The action label changes to match the content. This page has no built-in search, category filter or upload controls; scroll through the headings or use the browser’s Find command to locate text.
- View
- Opens a single image in the preview dialog.
- View Gallery
- Opens the resource’s sequence of images in one dialog.
- Watch
- Opens a video player with the browser’s media controls.
- Open Link
- Opens an external website in a new tab.
- Download
- Opens or downloads the file, depending on its type and browser behavior.
- Share
- Shares a direct link to this resource’s own viewer page, including its title, description and viewing or download controls.
View and download images
Choose View for one image or View Gallery for several. The dialog title identifies the resource. Its counter shows the selected image number and the total, such as 2 / 5. A single-image resource also has a direct Download button on its card.
In a gallery, use Previous image and Next image arrows, press the keyboard’s left/right arrows while the dialog is active, or swipe horizontally on the gallery on a touch device. Moving past the last image wraps to the first.
Download Image saves the image currently displayed, not the complete gallery as a ZIP. Move through the gallery and download each image you need. Close exits the preview. Reopening the resource starts its gallery at the first image.
Watch or save videos
Choose Watch to open the video dialog. The page requests playback automatically, but the browser may require you to press Play. Use the browser video controls for play/pause, seeking and volume, and fullscreen if that browser provides it.
Close the dialog when finished; the page stops and clears the video when the preview closes. The video card’s Download action lets you save the underlying file instead of watching in the dialog.
If the video format is unsupported, try downloading it and opening it with a suitable player on your device, or ask the network owner to provide another format. A blank player can also mean that its source file is unavailable. The public viewer cannot replace the stored video.
Use document downloads and external links
For other file types, Download opens the resource address in a new tab. A PDF may open in your browser’s document viewer rather than immediately showing a save dialog; use that viewer’s download control when you want a local copy. Other formats may download directly according to your device settings.
Open Link takes you to the external address saved by the network. Its contents and access requirements belong to that destination, so an external service may ask you to sign in even though this Resource Hub does not.
The public hub provides individual resource actions, not a Download all function. Check your browser’s downloads list or chosen save folder if a download seems to have disappeared. The resource descriptions and material belong to the sharing network; follow the supplied usage instructions when using them.
Resolve missing hubs, categories and files
Resource Hub Not Available with a missing-or-invalid-link message means the network link could not be resolved to an active network. Ask the owner for a fresh complete Public Share Link. A message saying the hub is not currently available can mean module or account access needs attention.
No resources have been published yet means the link works but no resources in active categories are available to display. Ask the owner to check the resource uploads and category status in the management area. The public page cannot restore a deleted file or activate a category.
If only one file or external link fails, report its resource title and category to the owner. The rest of the library may still work. If View, View Gallery or Watch does nothing, refresh the page and check that the browser allows the site’s normal scripts to load.
Share and view with the correct expectations
Share on each card shares that individual resource’s page instead of the whole library or a raw attachment. Devices with native sharing show their share options. Other browsers copy the link and show Link copied; if automatic copying is unavailable, copy the selected link in the Share Resource dialog. The original hub URL still shares the complete library.
The dedicated page shows the resource title, description and category. Images and galleries display on the page, videos have a player, and PDFs have a preview with open and download links. External resources have Open Link; other files have Download Resource. Browse All Resources returns to the same network’s library.
Resource links keep working when the owner changes the title, description or attachment. A deleted resource, inactive category or unavailable network/module produces an unavailable-resource page. Ask the owner for an updated link if needed. The public page is intended for access without a dashboard login; do not treat the network token as a private-member password.
The site records public hub views, direct resource-page views and supported resource-opening actions for network reporting. A view is not a completed lesson or proof that somebody read the full file. This page does not present completion badges, learner progress or a submit-assignment action.
Frequently asked questions
Can I share just one resource?
Yes. Choose Share on its card or viewer page. The link opens only that resource, with its description and viewing or download controls, without requiring a dashboard login.
Do creators need their own account to download a resource?
No. A valid public Resource Hub link allows browsing without a dashboard login. An external site opened from a resource can still have its own login requirements.
How do I download every picture in a gallery?
Open View Gallery, select each image and use Download Image. That button saves only the currently selected image; the page does not provide a bulk gallery ZIP.
Why did Download open a PDF in a new tab?
Your browser can display that file type directly. Use the browser PDF viewer’s download action to save a local copy.
Why is a whole category missing?
Only active categories containing eligible resources appear publicly. Ask the network owner to review category status and resource assignments.
Can I add or fix a resource from this public page?
No. The owner manages uploads, descriptions, galleries, links and deletion in the signed-in Resources workspace.
Will viewing a resource mark training as complete?
No. The hub can record views, but it does not provide training-completion tracking or assignment submission on this page.
Still stuck? Note the page name, the step you tried and the exact message shown. Managers and sub-users should contact their network owner; owners should contact their platform administrator. Never include passwords, webhook URLs, recovery links or private identity documents in a general support message.
