Publish and maintain the Resource Hub
Share files, image galleries and external links, with clear descriptions and a public resource page.
This guide describes the available features. Your account role, assigned modules, signed contract and network plan determine which controls you can use. Reading a guide does not change your access.
Start here
- Open Resource Hub. Owners can add and edit; managers can browse the available resources.
- For a new item, choose Upload File or External Link and enter a clear Title and Category.
- Select one permitted file, up to 20 image files for a gallery, or a complete http:// or https:// External URL.
- Add a useful Description, choose Upload File or the link submission control, and wait for the successful completion message.
- Open the saved resource and the public hub to check what viewers will receive. Use Copy Link to share the hub, or Share on a public resource card to share only that item’s viewer page.
Choose a resource type and explain its purpose
Owners can add, edit and delete resources. Managers have browsing access. Title and Category are required; choose wording that helps a newcomer identify when to use the item. Description supports formatting, emojis and line breaks up to 5,000 characters. The editing toolbar provides bold, italic, underline, bulleted and numbered lists, quotes, links and clear formatting.
Upload File stores an attachment or gallery. External Link directs viewers to another address; enter the full http:// or https:// URL and verify its destination. A clear description should explain what the viewer will find and any steps needed to use it.
Upload a file or a gallery
Accepted types are PDF, DOC, DOCX, JPG, PNG, GIF, WEBP, MP4, MOV, ZIP, RAR and TXT, with a maximum of 200 MB per file. Choose a single file for a document, video or archive. Multiple selections are allowed only when every file is a JPG, PNG, GIF or WEBP image, with a maximum of 20 images for one gallery.
Wait for the upload-progress dialog and completion response. If a file is too large, unsupported, or cannot be uploaded, fix that file and try again. The page can display a fallback notice if the enhanced upload cannot complete. Do not repeatedly submit while a transfer is still running.
Browse Your Resources and edit an existing item
The resource table shows Title, Category, Resource and Uploaded date. Open the file, gallery or external link to verify the attachment. An empty hub needs an owner to publish the first resource.
Edit reveals Title, Category and Description, plus Attached Link for link resources or Replace Current Attachment/Gallery for uploaded resources. Save Full Resource saves the item. Leave the replacement upload empty to keep the current attachment; selecting replacement files replaces the existing attachment or gallery rather than appending to it. The replacement is subject to the same type, size and image-count limits. If replacement fails, the page reports that the existing attachment was kept.
Understand the public sharing link
The Resource Hub share link lets managers and creators browse and download without logging in. Treat the content you publish there as accessible to anyone who receives that link. External links retain the access rules of the destination site.
Each resource on the public hub has its own Share button and viewer page. That page includes the title, description and attachment controls, so viewers can review or use the resource directly. A resource’s title also opens its dedicated page. Its individual link stays the same when you edit the resource, including when you replace its attachment; deleting it or disabling its category makes that viewer page unavailable.
Changing Attached Link changes where the public Open Link button sends viewers. Changing a title or description updates the published resource. Delete asks for confirmation and permanently removes the resource; it is not an archive or visibility toggle. Check that people no longer need the item before deleting it.
Frequently asked questions
Can I upload a PDF and several images as one resource?
No. A multi-file resource must contain only supported image types. Publish the PDF separately, or publish the images together as a gallery.
Does replacing a gallery add more photos to it?
The replacement control replaces the current attachment or gallery. Include the full intended replacement set; leave the control empty if you only want to change descriptive text.
Do public viewers need a login?
The shared Resource Hub is designed for browsing and downloading without a login. Anyone with the link may access the published resources.
Why can I browse but not upload?
Only the main account can add, edit or delete resources. Manager accounts browse the network’s published items.
What is the difference between editing and deleting?
Editing updates the existing item and optionally its attachment. Delete permanently removes it after confirmation and cannot be undone through this page.
Still stuck? Note the page name, the step you tried and the exact message shown. Managers and sub-users should contact their network owner; owners should contact their platform administrator. Never include passwords, webhook URLs, recovery links or private identity documents in a general support message.
