Use and share your Public Network Hub

Give creators one public starting point for your network’s resources, games, events, rankings and support pages.

This guide describes the available features. Your account role, assigned modules, signed contract and network plan determine which controls you can use. Reading a guide does not change your access.

Start here

  1. Open Public Network Hub from your workspace menu or use the full link supplied by your network.
  2. Check the network name at the top so you know whose hub you are viewing.
  3. Choose Explore the hub, search for a destination or select a collection to narrow the cards.
  4. Open a destination card and follow that feature’s instructions. Keep the full network-specific link when sharing it.
  5. Choose Copy hub link or Share hub to distribute the hub. Check the destination content before sending it to a large audience.

Browsing destinations

The hub groups the public destinations available for the selected network. Use All to remove a collection filter and clear Search this hub to return to the full list. A no-matches message can be caused by both controls being active together.

The hub is a public starting page, not the private dashboard. Opening a card does not give visitors permission to change account settings. Some destination tools have their own entry conditions, creator checks or host controls.

Sharing the correct network

Use the hub’s own copy or share controls so the network identifier remains in the link. Copying only the page filename loses the information required to resolve the network. If the device cannot open its share menu, use Copy hub link and paste it into the intended destination.

A public hub link can be forwarded. Check the resources, manager contact details, events and other published pages it exposes before distributing it. Only publish information intended for that audience.

Why a destination is absent or unavailable

Destinations depend on the network’s active modules, plan and feature-specific publication settings. The hub cannot enable a missing module. Owners should inspect the underlying module; managers should ask their owner about the missing destination.

If the hub itself is unavailable, request a new complete link and confirm that the network is active. If only one destination fails, report the destination name so the owner can review its publication and access settings.

Frequently asked questions

Can visitors use the hub without a dashboard login?

The hub is intended as a public entry point. Each linked destination still applies its own availability and access rules.

How do I find a card that disappeared?

Select All and clear the hub search first. If it is still missing, the underlying module or public page may no longer be available.

Does sharing the hub share my account password?

No. It shares a public network link. It can expose the information deliberately published on linked pages, so review that content before sharing.

Still stuck? Note the page name, the step you tried and the exact message shown. Managers and sub-users should contact their network owner; owners should contact their platform administrator. Never include passwords, webhook URLs, recovery links or private identity documents in a general support message.
