Set up operations wallboards and display links

Choose a display layout and theme, open a TV with an eight-digit quick code, and replace shared links and codes when necessary.

This guide describes the available features. Your account role, assigned modules, signed contract and network plan determine which controls you can use. Reading a guide does not change your access.

Start here

  1. Open Operations wallboard as the network owner.
  2. If no links exist yet, choose Generate display links.
  3. Choose a theme and decide between Full wallboard and Mini wallboard for the intended screen.
  4. On a TV, open the homepage, choose Enter wallboard code in the footer and enter the eight-digit code beside that exact style and layout, including any leading zeros.
  5. Use Copy link beside that exact theme and layout, then paste it into the signage player or browser on the display.
  6. Check the network’s real figures on the display. Full layout also shows the network name and Last refresh; both network layouts refresh automatically every two minutes.

Choose the layout for the screen

Full wallboard combines quick statistics, Creators LIVE Now, Operations Health, Upcoming Battles and current-month Top Agencies, Top Teams and Top Creators. Mini wallboard contains only eight quick-stat tiles sized to fill a dedicated screen.

Each of the seven themes has a separate Full and Mini link and a unique eight-digit quick code. Different monitors can use different themes or layouts. Style previews use illustrative figures; the linked wallboard uses the network’s available live data. Use a real display preview to judge legibility at the viewing distance.

The eight quick-stat tiles are Diamonds Today, Valid LIVE Rate, LIVE Creators Today, Diamonds This Month, LIVE Now, Active Creators, Upcoming Battles and Monthly LIVE Hours. LIVE Creators Today is distinct from LIVE Now: one counts creators active today, while the other shows the current monitored LIVE count.

Generate and use the private links

Generate display links prepares links for both layouts and all themes. Copy the desired link to the signage player. No keyboard or mouse interaction is needed for routine refreshing after the screen loads.

The homepage footer’s Enter wallboard code option opens the exact board, style and layout without typing its long URL. Quick codes grant display access without logging in. Anyone with a code or private link can view the display, so use trusted screens and recipients. Managing network links and codes is restricted to the network owner.

Read the display and diagnose empty panels

Both network layouts refresh every two minutes without reloading the page. Full layout shows the network name and Last refresh; its LIVE list depends on monitored creators, battle list on schedules, and rankings on the available monthly data. Operations Health shows TikTok Backstage, Daily data, Monthly dataset, Active managers and Last data capture. A refreshing display cannot create missing imports or monitoring data.

If the settings page says the links are temporarily unavailable, use Try again. If a screen cannot load after previously working, confirm it has the current full link and that network access and the relevant account access remain available.

Replace every old display link

Replace all links and codes creates a new set and immediately stops all previous Full and Mini theme links and quick codes. Use this when a link or code has reached the wrong person or when you need to withdraw the previous access.

This action affects every screen using any old theme or layout. After replacement, recopy and update the URL on each display. Changing theme by using another existing link does not revoke the original link.

Frequently asked questions

Can I give the display link to someone without a login?

The display link itself grants viewing access. Anyone with it can view the network display, so share it only with trusted screens and people.

Why did every screen stop after I replaced one set of links?

Replace all links and codes invalidates every previous Full and Mini theme link and quick code. Open each screen using its new code or URL.

Are the theme-preview numbers my actual network results?

No. Preview figures are illustrative. Open the linked display to see your network’s live data.

How often does the display refresh?

Network boards update automatically every two minutes. The project admin system board updates every five minutes. Both update in the background without reloading the page.

Still stuck? Note the page name, the step you tried and the exact message shown. Managers and sub-users should contact their network owner; owners should contact their platform administrator. Never include passwords, webhook URLs, recovery links or private identity documents in a general support message.
