Age Verification: manager links and creator submissions
Share a permanent verification link, guide a creator through the ID form and understand the recorded result.
This guide describes the available features. Your account role, assigned modules, signed contract and network plan determine which controls you can use. Reading a guide does not change your access.
Start here
- Check the Private review online or Ollama unavailable indicator and the displayed age/confidence thresholds.
- Copy Your permanent verification link and share it with the intended creator.
- Ask the creator to enter their correct TikTok username and complete the consent-based ID form.
- After submission, locate the record in Checks from your link or All network checks.
- Read the result reason, age confidence and ID confidence together, especially for Manual review or Error outcomes.
Choose the correct manager link
Each manager has a permanent verification URL, with no expiry and unlimited creator submissions shown on this screen. Submissions through the URL are attributed to that sharing manager. Copy your link when you want the record associated with you.
The main account also sees Backstage manager links for active sub-users, with search, sorting and outcome counts. It can copy a specific manager’s link instead of using the owner’s own URL. Sub-users see checks submitted through their own sharing link; the owner sees all network checks.
Check service readiness and thresholds
Private review online means the private review service is configured. Ollama unavailable indicates the service setup needs attention. Check this indicator before asking creators to repeatedly submit files. The age and confidence chip shows the configured requirements; defaults in the application are age 18 and 90% confidence, but the displayed values are the reference for your network.
A result can be Passed, Failed, Manual review or Error. Read the recorded reason. Manual review is an uncertain outcome requiring follow-up, and Error is not evidence that someone is below the required age. This dashboard displays the records but has no manual approve/reject control.
Creator instructions for the public form
Open the exact verification link supplied by the manager and confirm the displayed network and sharing-manager name. The form supports a clear government photo ID issued by the UK, Ireland or USA. Enter the TikTok username that should be matched to the record.
- Enter TikTok @username, checking spelling and avoiding a different person’s account.
- Upload ID photo page / front in JPEG, PNG or WebP format, within the displayed 10 MB limit.
- Include Back of ID when relevant, especially if date or expiry information is on the back.
- Read the privacy statement and tick the required consent checkbox if you agree.
- Choose Submit ID for review and wait for the result page.
- Read the outcome and reason, then contact the sharing manager if the result requires follow-up.
Privacy and recorded outcomes
The form explains that images are sent to the platform’s private Ollama service for review and are deleted after processing rather than retained by the website. The retained record includes outcome, age, confidence, document country/type and a one-way document fingerprint.
The dashboard Match column distinguishes Network creator from External record. An external record means the submission was not yet matched to an existing network creator. It does not by itself mean the ID failed. Later reconciliation can connect an external submission to a creator record.
The checks table shows the most recent 200 checks in the current viewing scope. Summary counts derived from that shown list should not be assumed to equal every historical submission across the account.
Troubleshooting and follow-up
No IDs submitted yet is expected before someone uses the link. If a creator sees This verification link is unavailable, ask them to use the current full link from the manager screen. If the private review service is unavailable, the service administrator needs to check its configuration.
For a failed or manual-review result, use the recorded reason to determine the next review step through your network’s process. This help page does not turn an automated result into a separate identity or eligibility guarantee.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a new link for every creator?
No. The manager link on this screen is permanent and intended for unlimited creator submissions.
Can the owner see a sub-user’s checks?
Yes. The owner sees all network checks and active managers’ links; a sub-user sees submissions from its own link.
What does External record mean?
The submission is not currently matched to an existing network creator record. Check the entered username and account records.
Where can I manually approve an uncertain result?
This dashboard has no manual decision button. Review the result reason and follow the network’s review process.
Are ID photos retained in the checks table?
The form states that uploaded ID images are deleted after review. The dashboard retains the result metadata rather than the original ID images.
Still stuck? Note the page name, the step you tried and the exact message shown. Managers and sub-users should contact their network owner; owners should contact their platform administrator. Never include passwords, webhook URLs, recovery links or private identity documents in a general support message.
