Network owners

Review saved AI conversations across your network

Find owner and manager questions, read saved transcripts, and understand the oversight boundaries.

Browse all guides

This guide describes the available features. Your account role, assigned modules, signed contract and network plan determine which controls you can use. Reading a guide does not change your access.

Start here

  1. Open AI Chat Oversight as the network owner with Private AI access.
  2. Review the conversation, question, answer and manager usage totals.
  3. Enter a search term and optionally choose a specific Account, then choose Search.
  4. Check the matching conversation’s account and activity time before choosing View transcript.
  5. Close the transcript to return to the filtered results, or use Reset to start a new search.

Who can use oversight and what is visible

This page is available only to the network owner and requires the Private AI module. Managers are redirected to their own Private AI page. Oversight searches the network owner’s and managers’ saved conversations, including both questions and AI answers.

Transcript views are recorded in the platform audit log. Review conversations for the management, safeguarding or policy oversight purpose described on the page. The dashboard is a review surface; it does not provide controls to reply as a manager or alter a transcript.

Search conversations and contents

Search conversations and contents accepts words from titles, manager names, emails, questions or answers. Account can be All users and managers, Network owner, or a listed manager. Choose Search to apply the criteria; Reset clears them.

Saved Conversations shows title and last-message preview, account identity, counts of questions and answers, and Last activity. Results use pages of up to 25 conversations. Follow the page numbers when matches extend beyond the first page.

Read a transcript in context

Choose View transcript from the correct account’s row. Read the complete question and surrounding exchange before interpreting an answer. Question and answer counts describe saved content, while the overview totals describe network usage.

If no conversations match, remove the account filter or use a less specific search. A conversation-not-found message means that transcript could not be resolved within the network. Reopen it from the results instead of changing its ID in the address bar. Open your Private AI returns to your own chat workspace.

Frequently asked questions

Can managers see the other managers’ conversations here?

No. AI Chat Oversight is restricted to the network owner. Managers are directed to their own Private AI workspace.

Does search include answers as well as titles?

Yes. The page searches conversation titles and contents, including saved questions and AI answers, as well as account identifiers.

Are transcript views tracked?

Yes. The page explicitly states that transcript views are recorded in the platform audit log.

Can I correct or delete another person’s answer here?

This oversight page provides search and transcript viewing, not transcript editing or deletion controls.

Still stuck? Note the page name, the step you tried and the exact message shown. Managers and sub-users should contact their network owner; owners should contact their platform administrator. Never include passwords, webhook URLs, recovery links or private identity documents in a general support message.
