View and download a signed contract document
Review the recorded agreement, signatures and verification information, then generate a PDF copy.
This guide describes the available features. Your account role, assigned modules, signed contract and network plan determine which controls you can use. Reading a guide does not change your access.
Start here
- For your own manager agreement, choose Signed contract from the dashboard or Signed Contract PDF in Account Settings.
- For an owner review, open the intended manager’s signed record from Contract Signatures so the correct person and contract are selected.
- Check the contract title, ID, version, Prepared For details, full text and signatures.
- Review Verification Details and any Browser Fingerprint Captured At Signing when checking the signing record.
- Choose Download, wait while Generating PDF is shown, then open the downloaded file and confirm it contains the expected agreement.
Open the right person and version
A manager can view their own signed record. The owner can view a qualifying manager in their network through Contract Signatures. Opening the document route without selecting a manager as the owner produces No manager was selected for contract export.
Without a specific contract selection the page chooses the latest signed record for the manager. A selected contract limits the document to that record. Check the visible contract ID and version rather than assuming the page always represents today’s active template.
Read the document sections
Signed Contract Document includes the full contract text, both signatures and signing verification details. The header and information cards identify the network, authorised person and intended recipient. Scroll through the complete agreement before comparing it with another version.
Verification Details records the signing evidence available for this agreement. Browser Fingerprint Captured At Signing displays captured browser data where available. These are sensitive details of the recorded signing event; they are not editable profile fields on this page.
Generate the PDF in your browser
Download generates a PDF from the displayed document. The button shows Generating PDF while the browser works, then returns to Download. The generated file is A4 portrait. Wait for the download to finish before navigating away.
If the browser reports Unable to generate the PDF, retry after the page has fully loaded. Browser scripting and the PDF-generation script must be available. Back returns a manager to their dashboard or an owner to Contract Signatures. Downloading does not sign another agreement or change the stored record.
Understand missing or inaccessible documents
No signed contract record was found means no matching signature record could be loaded for the selected manager and contract. Return to the source list and confirm the person and version. Owner access also checks that the selected manager belongs to the network and is eligible in the current hierarchy.
A downloaded PDF can be forwarded independently of the site. Share it with the intended recipient and remember that it includes contract content, signatures and verification details.
Frequently asked questions
Why does the owner see No manager was selected?
Open the document from the manager’s record in Contract Signatures. The owner needs a selected manager; managers automatically open their own record.
Which agreement opens if I do not select a version?
The page loads the latest signed record for that manager. Check the displayed contract ID and version.
Does Download change the agreement?
No. It generates a PDF copy of the displayed record. Signing takes place on the separate signing page.
Why does Download not complete?
The PDF is generated in the browser. Let the page and its scripts finish loading, then retry if an error is shown.
Still stuck? Note the page name, the step you tried and the exact message shown. Managers and sub-users should contact their network owner; owners should contact their platform administrator. Never include passwords, webhook URLs, recovery links or private identity documents in a general support message.
