Complete your details and sign the network agreement
Follow the manager onboarding agreement from personal details through drawn signature and final confirmation.
This guide describes the available features. Your account role, assigned modules, signed contract and network plan determine which controls you can use. Reading a guide does not change your access.
Start here
- Check Full Name, the displayed Backstage Email, Address and Phone in Confirm Your Details.
- Correct the editable details and choose Save Details to reveal the agreement.
- Review the named network, the person the agreement is prepared for, the version and the complete contract text; scroll the contract to the bottom.
- Draw your signature with a mouse, trackpad or touch input. Use Clear Signature if you need to start again.
- Only when you understand and accept the displayed agreement, check its confirmation and choose Sign & Accept Agreement. Look for the recorded-agreement confirmation on returning to the dashboard.
When the signing page appears
This page is for a manager with an active network contract that requires their signature. If there is no applicable active contract, or the manager has already signed it, the site returns to the dashboard. The owner prepares contracts elsewhere.
Before the contract appears, the manager must have Full Name, Address, Phone and a valid Email. The signing form displays the Backstage email as account identity information. Confirm the information carefully because profile details are locked after the required agreement is signed and submitted.
Confirm your details before reading the agreement
Complete the required personal details, then choose Save Details. The saved-details confirmation tells you to review and sign the contract below. This step saves the profile information; it does not itself sign the contract.
The agreement view identifies the network, authorised person, address and contact details, and the Agreement Prepared For information. Review these along with the contract title and version. If the identity or terms are wrong, contact the network owner before signing.
Read, draw and confirm
Scroll the contract text area to the bottom to enable signing. Draw a signature in the signature box with a mouse, trackpad or finger. Clear Signature removes the current drawing so you can draw it again. A typed name alone does not satisfy the drawn-signature requirement.
Check the confirmation that you have read, understood and consent to the terms, then choose Sign & Accept Agreement. The site requires both that confirmation and the drawn signature. The confirmation describes the electronic signature as binding; this help explains the controls, not the meaning of your particular agreement.
What is recorded and what happens next
On successful submission the site records the agreement and returns you to the dashboard. Signing verification includes signing time, IP address, browser/user-agent information and captured browser details alongside the signature. The Signed contract link or Signed Contract PDF in Account Settings opens the recorded document.
If an invalid session token appears, reload before trying again. If the page says the signature is missing or too large, clear and redraw it. If recording the signature fails, wait for a clear successful confirmation before assuming signing is complete. Once recorded, this page does not offer a way to edit the submitted agreement.
Frequently asked questions
Does Save Details sign the agreement?
No. It saves the prerequisite profile details. Signing requires reading the agreement, drawing a signature, checking the confirmation and submitting Sign & Accept Agreement.
Why is the signing button not ready?
Read and scroll the contract to the bottom, draw a signature and check the agreement confirmation. The page indicates which prerequisite is missing.
Why am I sent back to the dashboard?
There may be no active contract requiring your signature, or you may already have signed it. Check Signed contract for an existing recorded document.
Can I change my profile after signing?
The site locks manager profile details after the applicable contract is signed and submitted. Ask the network owner to review corrections before attempting another agreement.
Where do I get a copy?
Use Signed contract on the dashboard or Signed Contract PDF in Account Settings, then Download from the document page.
Still stuck? Note the page name, the step you tried and the exact message shown. Managers and sub-users should contact their network owner; owners should contact their platform administrator. Never include passwords, webhook URLs, recovery links or private identity documents in a general support message.
