Rookie Graduation: import, progress and goals
Refresh rookie performance, understand the displayed graduation goals and publish the rookie leaderboard.
This guide describes the available features. Your account role, assigned modules, signed contract and network plan determine which controls you can use. Reading a guide does not change your access.
Start here
- As the main account, obtain the Backstage export from Revenue > Business Essentials for the intended month.
- Open Upload Data, choose Reporting month and select one .xlsx or .csv Backstage export file.
- Review Post Discord alert if present, then select Upload and Import.
- Read the import confirmation, including imported creators and added sub-users.
- Compare Monthly Graduation Goals with each creator’s diamond, valid-day and valid-hour progress.
- Preview the public leaderboard, then copy its share link if you want others to view it.
Access and source data
Only the network owner’s main account can upload files, delete a month or change webhook settings. All sub-users, including agency managers and team managers, can read available results and share links; upload and management controls are hidden for them. Free access includes manual import and basic creator details; performance, graduation goals, sharing and automation require paid access.
Use a Revenue > Business Essentials export. The importer recognises creator names or usernames, optional Creator ID, Diamonds This Month or equivalent monthly diamonds, Valid go LIVE days, Valid LIVE duration and Manager. Keep the export’s headers and identifiers intact. A username or recognised creator identity is essential for valid rows.
Upload and automatic refresh
Set the month before selecting Upload and Import. The importer saves monthly metrics, resolves creator records and can add matching sub-user records. Check the success message for the number of imported creators and newly added sub-users rather than assuming every source row was accepted.
Successful Rookie Graduation downloads from TikTok Backstage Automation can import here automatically and post the configured summary. The manual form is still available for a corrective or separately obtained export. An automatic download failing elsewhere is not fixed by changing the public share URL.
Understand goals and individual progress
The individual leaderboard displays targets of 200,000 diamonds, 7 valid LIVE days and 15 valid LIVE hours. Read all three measures when reviewing a creator; a diamond progress bar alone does not describe their full activity.
Monthly Graduation Goals describes how many available creators have reached 200,000 diamonds, the percentage graduated, and the target cards shown on the page. These goal counts use the diamond threshold. Do not read that count as a separate verification that every counted creator has also satisfied the displayed LIVE-day and LIVE-hour targets.
Each target card shows the graduated count against its target count, remaining creators needed and progress. If there are no available creators, the page asks for imported creator data before calculating the target.
The two goal cards are labelled 2% Monthly Target and 15% High Priority Support. Their counts are calculated from the available creator population and rounded to a whole creator. Treat the support label as the site’s displayed benchmark; the page itself does not make an external support application.
Share and send a Discord summary
Share Link provides the public URL; Open Public Leaderboard previews the visitor view. Visitors can read the rookie standings through the full share link. They do not receive upload or manager settings controls.
The owner can save a Discord webhook and use Send Test. The module posts a top-ten creator summary after an opted-in manual upload or supported automatic import. The webhook status indicates saved, sent, failed or not configured; read that status when a message does not arrive. Clearing and saving the webhook field removes the configured webhook.
Visitor tutorial: the public rookie leaderboard
The public page displays the network and reporting month and repeats the diamond, day and hour targets. The top three creators appear on the podium. Rankings from 4th Place contains the remaining creators, with search, diamonds, progress, valid days, valid hours and Open Profile.
Use Search creator to narrow the lower ranking table. If you are searching for one of the top three, look at the podium as those entries are not duplicated below. Open Profile opens the creator’s TikTok page.
Keep the complete share link to preserve the intended network/month. There is no public upload control or month-selection form. If Leaderboard not found appears, ask the network to verify the link and its active paid access.
Troubleshooting and deleting a reporting month
An unsupported file, missing usable creator identities or an upload error stops the import. Re-export the correct Backstage report and keep its original header structure. If a field becomes zero unexpectedly, inspect whether the export includes that metric.
Delete Current Month Data permanently removes the selected month’s rookie metrics and upload log, with the month shown in the confirmation. Creator profiles and sub-users remain. It is an owner action, and the source export is needed if you intend to restore the month.
Frequently asked questions
Why is a manager’s upload area disabled?
This module makes manager accounts read-only. The main account imports the source file.
Does 100% diamond progress mean every graduation target is satisfied?
No. Review the valid LIVE days and hours as well. The Monthly Graduation Goals count specifically measures creators reaching 200,000 diamonds.
Why did the import add sub-users?
The import can create corresponding manager/sub-user records while resolving the Backstage data. The success message reports how many were added.
Why are the goals hidden?
Goals and performance comparisons require paid access; basic imported creator details remain available in a free workspace.
Still stuck? Note the page name, the step you tried and the exact message shown. Managers and sub-users should contact their network owner; owners should contact their platform administrator. Never include passwords, webhook URLs, recovery links or private identity documents in a general support message.
