Set one manager’s module access

Use the individual module matrix to grant or remove restricted tools for a manager.

Browse all guides

This guide describes the available features. Your account role, assigned modules, signed contract and network plan determine which controls you can use. Reading a guide does not change your access.

Start here

  1. Open Managers, find the intended person, and use their module-access action.
  2. Check the name, email and Agency or Team type in Manager Context before changing permissions.
  3. Read each module’s Type and Status. Tick restricted modules the manager needs and untick those they should no longer use.
  4. Choose Save Module Access and wait for Manager module access updated.
  5. Use Back to Managers to check another person, or Configure All Managers to compare everyone in one matrix.

Check the manager and the access prerequisites

Only the network owner can change module permissions, and paid access is required for this page. The selected account must belong to the network and remain visible under the current hierarchy. An inactive manager or a team beneath an unavailable parent may not be selectable.

Module permission is one part of access. The module must also be globally available and usable by the parent account; a checkbox cannot bypass subscription or platform restrictions.

Read the Module Matrix

Each row contains Enable, Module, Type and Status. Free modules are checked and disabled because their availability is automatic for eligible active managers. Restricted modules have editable checkboxes. Active means the platform module is active; Disabled Globally means it is unavailable at platform level.

Review the complete list before saving. Saving updates every restricted-module assignment shown by this form, so an unchecked restricted module is saved as disabled rather than left untouched.

Save and verify the result

Choose Save Module Access after finishing the checkboxes. A successful save reloads the manager’s page and shows the success message. Confirm the checked state on the reloaded page. No action is saved by merely ticking a box.

If you see Invalid session token, reload the page and repeat the intended changes. If Manager not found appears, return to Managers and reopen the account rather than editing a URL manually. Use the bulk page when a set of modules must be applied consistently to several managers.

Frequently asked questions

Why can I not untick a free module?

Free-module checkboxes are fixed by design. This matrix controls restricted-module assignments.

Why is access still unavailable after I tick a module?

Check the module’s global status, the parent account’s entitlement, the manager’s status and parent agency, and any role-specific restriction within the feature. Assignment does not override those checks.

Does saving affect other managers?

This form changes the selected manager’s restricted-module assignments. Configure All Managers opens a separate bulk tool.

Can a manager grant themselves access?

No. The site redirects manager accounts from this permission page.

Still stuck? Note the page name, the step you tried and the exact message shown. Managers and sub-users should contact their network owner; owners should contact their platform administrator. Never include passwords, webhook URLs, recovery links or private identity documents in a general support message.
