Maintain manager payout instructions
Find a manager and record the payment method and receiving details used by your network.
This guide describes the available features. Your account role, assigned modules, signed contract and network plan determine which controls you can use. Reading a guide does not change your access.
Start here
- Enable the network’s offered payment methods in Payment Methods before editing manager payout instructions.
- Open Manager Payout Details and use Search managers to find the intended account.
- Check the name, email, type and status, then open Edit Payout Details.
- Choose Payment Method and complete the matching PayPal, Venmo or bank-transfer fields.
- Choose Save Payout Details and verify the confirmation names the correct manager.
What this page stores
This owner-only page lists payout instructions for manager accounts. It is separate from subscription billing and from calculating or sending payouts. A manager can maintain their own instructions in Account Settings; they cannot edit other managers here.
The table shows Name, Type, Status and Method. Search narrows the displayed managers. Inactive accounts and teams hidden beneath an unavailable agency may be absent. An empty table can mean no eligible manager accounts exist yet. Disabled in the Action column means the network currently has no offered payment methods; configure Payment Methods first.
Complete the receiving details
Choose one of the payout methods enabled for the network. For PayPal, enter a valid PayPal Email. For Venmo, enter Venmo Username. For Bank Transfer, select Bank Country and supply the account fields. US accounts need Routing Number; UK accounts need Sort Code.
Review the displayed manager label at the top of the modal before saving. Bank Name is available alongside Account Holder Name and Account Number; enter clear details supplied by the recipient. This owner form validates holder and account number, plus the country-specific routing field. Managers’ own Account Settings also requires Bank Name.
- Payment Method
- Only methods offered by the network may be saved.
- Bank Country
- Select United States or United Kingdom to reveal the correct routing field.
- Account Holder Name and Account Number
- Enter the intended recipient’s bank details accurately.
- Bank Name
- Record the bank used by the recipient.
- PayPal Email or Venmo Username
- Use the field matching the selected method; do not put a bank account number into either field.
Save, replace or correct instructions
Save Payout Details updates the selected manager and reloads the page. The success message identifies whose details were saved. Changing payment method clears fields that no longer apply to the chosen method. Cancel closes the editor without submitting.
If the chosen method is no longer enabled, review Payment Methods first. A valid receiving address or country-specific bank field is required where appropriate. If the session expired, reload and reopen the manager’s record. Confirm the saved instructions before using them for a payout outside this form.
Frequently asked questions
Does saving these details transfer money?
No. This form records the recipient’s payment instructions. It does not calculate commissions or issue payments.
Why is a manager not in the list?
Check Managers for the account, status and parent agency. Inactive accounts and children of an unavailable agency can be hidden. Manager accounts also depend on imported Backstage identity information.
Why is my desired payment method missing?
The method must first be enabled in the network’s Payment Methods settings.
Can managers change their own payment details?
Yes. Managers use Payout Details within their own Account Settings. This page is for the owner to maintain manager records.
Still stuck? Note the page name, the step you tried and the exact message shown. Managers and sub-users should contact their network owner; owners should contact their platform administrator. Never include passwords, webhook URLs, recovery links or private identity documents in a general support message.
